Overall, this isn’t a bad spot for handroll sushi – the fish is fresh and the rice was excellent. They do skew towards modern with some heavily garnished and I tend to be a bit more traditional. I would also agree with some other reviewers that it feels a tad overpriced for what you’re getting.

This is an Omakase Style Japanese restaurant that was incredibly impressive and absolutely perfect. It was extremely fresh and the flavors were exceptional. The staff was very nice, friendly and professional. The preparation was stunning.

Maki Kosaka was a delightful experience. I ordered the grab roll set. Each piece was an unique combination of seafood and sauces. The pairings complemented the fish without overpowering. Definitely not the most filling meal for $50 after tax and tip, but left feeling very satisfied!

This is a cute sushi restaurant with a shop in the front with tons of plants. I got the grab sushi set where they create the sushi in front of you without the seaweed. You get a pack of seaweed to then grab the sushi to eat.

This place was absolutely delicious. The front is a mini plant shop which was cute. The service was very friendly and attentive and the overall ambience was cozy. This would be a great spot for a date. It was a little overpriced for what you get in mi opinion but it was still delicious and we were completely satisfied at the end. Highly recommend

We got here early and the ambiance was nice and felt really approachable. The price point was approach for the quality of fish we were getting. Things tasted great, but I did find the grabbing part just a little gimmicky. Could have done without it, but I guess it’s what got us through the door to try it.

The place gives you a great mood and the sushi was great except seared scallop sushi. The scallops should be a bit more salty for me. Bluefin toro with gobochip was the best best best!!! Salmon tataki with ginger and garlic sauce was nothing special for $16. I wouldn’t have it next time. The fried shrimp ball was fun to eat. The spicy mayo on top of the shrimp ball wasn’t that impressive but the power they sprinkled on the crispy rice was a new good experience to me. The design of the plates made me calm and they are perfect match with the sushi. This place is a bit pricey for me but I would go there again when I have a good friend visiting me from abroad. Btw, I had to eat another meal after having sushi here. I’m just a big eater

The entire menu is strong, especially the appetizers — don’t skip the Chilean Sea Bass. This is the sister restaurant for Michelin starred Kosaka, a different approach and a more casual environment. Loved the space, service, and will be back soon
