Went here initially on a whim and were very pleasantly surprised. A lot of poke places in the area seem to smell a bit off or use lower quality ingredients (especially canned small shrimps). This place uses all high quality stuff, is always immaculately cleaned and smells clean. The owner is very specific and straight to the point but you can tell she really cares about making sure everything looks perfect and tries to make every bowl look like a picture. Some people in other reviews say the bowls are empty but it seems there were bites taken before the photos sooooo

The fish tastes fantastic and the workers are great. The only gripe I have is portion size. For almost 15 dollars for a regular bowl, it feels like I’m getting half a meal. The bowl could be heftier with the base and the protein scoops seem a bit small to me. Definitely could have been an off hour. Overall a great small business to support during the pandemic and a tasty option for foothill ranch.

They may have a good poke. But I left these stor angry of the way they treat me. they have the worst customer service I ever seen. The the women who is supposed to be the manager is very Rude ( go learn some hospitality before you start serving people ) customers are coming in happy to purchase a poke they leave angrey and depressed why???. Not coming again and I don’t recommend it even maybe they learn how to at least smile to customers. the women working she new she was wrong to me and she could not say sorry. It’s to much to say apologies for a customers.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I placed an order for this location and as soon as I clicked “complete order” I realized I ordered from the wrong location, so I called the restaurant and told them not to make my order. They said “we made your order in 30 seconds so we will not refund you.” I told them I understood it was a mistake on my end but it was $20 and I wouldn’t even be getting my food. Again, I understand it was my mistake but at minimum they could’ve been polite about not refunding me. Instead they were rude and condescending. The guy on the phone started yelling and wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence. I have never written a negative review but this really was a horrible call and showed such poor character and customer service on the restaurant owner. (I even gave them a tip!!!)
