Major Tomato is a family-owned restaurant founded in 2014, with a mission to find a better way to provide way better pizza.
For starters, it’s about the care we use in selecting our ingredients. We spare no expense when it comes to what goes in and on our pizzas. We proudly choose organic ingredients whenever possible, and fresh toppings from locally-sourced businesses.
It’s not just about what goes into our pizza. We care as much about what we leave out: NO chemical additives, GMOs, hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, or bromates (learn more) in our dough.
It’s our belief all of these choices add up to a healthier, and yes, better tasting pizza.

I had a take out order of a half Major Tomato, half Edgy Veggie pizza (potato subbed in place of broccoli) with Vegan cheese in place of mozzarella. The pizza was pretty good, the veggies felt fresh, and the crust was cooked to perfection. I also got a side of cheesebread which they made Vegan for me by using olive oil instead of butter and Vegan cheese instead of mozzarella and parmesan.

I found out about thus restaurant on tik tok. And omg it doesn’t disappoint. The restaurant is nice and clean staff are nice and polite. We got the large backyard BBQ chicken pizza and the Just Another Supreme pizza. We also got the Major cheese bread and the major cheese bread with pepperoni. Let’s just say the food doest disappoint. It was worth the wait and we will be returning!!

Great flat bread pizza!! The “Major Tomato” with chicken is my favorite! Ive tried several of the others…. all very Tasty!! They will also do half and half if you want one pizza, but want to try 2 different ones. Their Mediterranean Salad is also very good! The place is Very clean and has a nice Atmosphere… One of my favorite pizza places!

Best pizza! I love the Arugula Mania, I substitute the Prosciutto with Mushrooms. The crust is crunchy, tastes like a French baguette, toppings are fresh, tasty and distributed evenly across. Staff is friendly and well trained.

I ordered the original calzone and the major bread for my wife and I. The calzone had a good mix of pepperoni and Italian sausage. There was also a good amount of garlic in this wonderful creation! The bread had a nice amount of different cheeses that went beautiful together. My wife doesn’t like Gouda but even she couldn’t resist this temptation. Last but not least, my wife ordered the pepperoni pizza. She loved this pizza and when I got a bite, I definitely understood why. Everything on the pizza worked together in unison to delight the pallet. I would 100% recommend this gem in downtown Allen Park.

The crust is an amazingly crispy thinner crust. The flavor is amazing!! The backyard bbq pizza was incredible. The local Motor City sodas are great. I don’t know what I was expecting as an out of towner, but I will be back!! Staff was super friendly and smiley too.

Just traveling through town and stopped for some pizza. The small was perfect for two people, we ordered the Meatsiah (pepperoni, bacon, ham, Italian sausage, and ground bison); it was great.

I didn’t expect much but I did expect something a little better than what I got. kinda tasted cheap and then I was waiting so long I forgot I ordered a pizza they had to call and remind me there would be a pizza on it’s way in a short time. For my first time trying this place I would say maybe try somewhere else.
