I had the pleasure of dining in. I was greeted upon entry. Service was a tad slow for my liking especially the wait to get the check. There were only 3 other tables being occupied but 2 were leaving. Mac n cheese was divine. I enjoyed the chopped chicken sandwich and okra as well. The fried pickles were a little salty in my opinion. I’d definitely come back and try other menu options.

I happened to be at another location during lunch time when I saw this place. I love bbq so I stopped by. It’s a cozy vet owned joint. I was greeted when I walked in and was told to have a seat and they’ll bring me a menu. I got the ribs with baked beans, hush puppies and onion rings with a Coke Zero. It was all really good. The meat came off the bone pretty easily. They had a spicy BBQ sauce that was really good. The service was crazy good, very nice. If we are near here again I will be stopping by again.

This place has gone downhill. Been a customer of this place for over a year until recently. Their serving sizes have been reduced dramatically. And before the owner chimes in and says I should have brought it to their attention, I surely did. And when I did, the owner was rude and told me “you win some, you lose some”. Now that doesn’t sound like someone who cares about their customer base. When someone regularly buys something from you and then all of a sudden they are getting half of the amount of food as before but paying the same price, that’s bad business. And then to ignore and argue with the customer about it makes it even worse. I won’t be a patron of this establishment any longer. My husband never cared for their BBQ anyways and I was the only reason we still ate here. I hope their business improves so they don’t have to continue to nickel and dime their customers. PS … be sure to check your takeout bags as they regularly leave out the sauces.

I wish this place was closer to me. Stopped in at random today and it was so good! Katilyn was my server and she was awesome. I had the brisket burnt ends, onion pedals, and pecan pie with ice cream. I was able to try something before ordering too. It was all delicious. They have lunch specials t-f 11-2 also. Recommend. Oh yeah, and they have the GOOD ice!!! Pic attached.

Ok my first time to dine here. Met some friends for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The place is clean, the staff is extremely friendly and the food was fantastic. The brisket was amazing. Ask for JT he is a great server.

If I could give Major Q 10 stars, I would. We recently had Major Q cater a birthday party, and we had an excellent experience. The owner stayed in communication with me, came and set up everything, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything far exceeded our expectations. I very highly recommend Major Q BBQ!

Let’s start with the sauce: AMAZING! I can’t put my finger on what they use but it’s different than any other bbq sauce I’ve had. I ordered a brisket sandwich meal Togo. The brisket was cooked to perfection-so tender and flavorful. I also had the coleslaw and fries both of which were tasty. I’ve tried several bbq spots in the area and so far this one beats them all. I will return for sure.
