Great tasting pizza, young impatient staff. We stopped in for a pizza after winning our baseball game & had a really bad dining experience. We could tell they were annoyed that we came so close to closing time. We said we’d eat outside. We asked for a pitcher of water along with our pops, but she said they didn’t have pitchers for water, so we went out to the car and got our water bottles to refill in the bathroom sink. They brought our pizza out to the table in a box & gave us paper plates. No napkins, parm, or red pepper shakers. Had to ask for napkins. I went back in to get plastic forks & knives. She said they didn’t have any, only offered plastic spoons. My man then went in to ask for silverware, to which the girl also claimed they didn’t have. It was getting ridiculous. He asked if the owner would tell him they didn’t offer anything to eat with & she shook her head yes. He asked her name, and she wouldn’t give it to him. A young guy hanging out in the corner waiting for girls to get off work piped up, saying, “They’re trying to close, man.” The girl finally produced some forks to eat our sloppy pizza with. As we were outside eating, they shut down the restaurant, locked the doors & left us sitting out on the patio, telling us there’s a garbage on the sidewalk and to clean up ourselves.

What a hidden gem!! Main Street pizza is by far the best pizza in Wisconsin. The local cheese, the robust tomato sauce, and that small town local charm make this a place you’d be a fool to miss. The pizza is always piping hot, fresh, and their handmade crust is just right. I love the bbq chicken pizza above all!

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now. The food used to be amazing and the service USED to be about 4 stars worth………key word is USED to. Sometime in the last 6 months or so, this place went down hill. Delivery orders tale priority over pick up orders. Many of my last orders have been placed at the back of the line for any order that comes in for delivery. Seems a bit unusual. I’ve worked at many a pizza place in my day, and NEVER placed one customer over another. Orders were made as they came in!!!! Exactly the way it should be.

I ordered a sausage sauerkraut pizza. Unfortunately they didn’t have kraut available, they ran out. Yes, I was disappointed, but they called and I had sausage pepperoni instead. Yum. Yum.

Great pizza but the other issues that happen when you order a pizza here are starting to make me not want to get a pizza here anymore. It’s the constant change in price every time you go to get the same thing you always get…. higher one week, lower the next and always differing from the menu and then being told it has always been that price. They consistently get the order wrong, either they add something you didn’t order or they miss something you did. They never seem to know what the specials are and don’t know how to work their own computer. I’m not writing this review to be spiteful but to genuinely help bring to attention the issues that are causing this place from being spectacular. It seems that management has become complacent or uninvolved completely. I also get the same feedback from other friends who also get pizza here. I’m going to continue leaving negative reviews until the problems are solved and when they are solved I will start to leave 5 star reviews.
