I love small town restaurants. The food is good, the service is kind, and everyone stares at you because you’re “not from around these parts, are you?” The wings were flavored and glazed instead of dripping wet from sauce. I loved it. The fried pickles was a large quantity and crispy and the fries had a really good texture. The salsa was more like homemade salsa than Tex-mex salsa. Everything was cooked perfect and hot. There were lots of families eating there.

For a small town this place has big town flavor! Drove 30 miles to try another restaurant, but decided on this fantastic joint and wasn’t sorry in the least! Tried my luck with their Hawaiian burger and fell in love after the first bite. The sweet and tangy sauce paired well with the thick tender and juicy patty. 11/10 stars and will definitely be returning again!

From my first visit, it’s a family owned restaurant and the environment feels that way which isn’t bad. The food came out pretty fast to. The macaroni isn’t all that good, or the pizza burger. I got the wings though and their chicken and rice. As well as their fish tacos. Not bad.

my experience was wonderful! the food was hot and fresh and the burgers were amazing! our waitress morgan was the best! super nice and kept our drinks filled. i love coming here because it’s so laid back and family friendly!

I was recommended to eat here by a lot of locals so I was pretty pumped. First thing I noticed was the dumpster fire service I received, second thing was the owner treated his waitresses like it was his own candy shop to flirt around, and last was the lack of consistency in the place. Are you a burger joint, pizza place, or Italian restaurant? Maybe the later with how your employees yell at one another. Food was okay though.

Updated: We get takeout EVERY Friday night since my first review. I still think the food is great….BUT it is only great when you get a good cook. We have grilled marinated chicken everytime. My daughter loves their chicken and fries. BUT it seems like it’s not the same cook each time. Some times there are different sauces on it(you would think it would ne the same each time) and it’s like flipping a coin if it’s gonna be to dry to eat or juicy and fabulous. We continue to go every Friday because its on the way home. I will say I have had to cook dinner many times after this food arrived home. Sorry but it’s the truth.

We stopped in tonight for the first time. I’ll start by saying this will be an honest review! We had excellent service by a young gentleman (forgive us, we couldn’t recall his name!). We started with fried pickles which were great! For entrees I got the salmon w/ asparagus. The salmon was great size and the sauce was good but just a generic sweet and spicy asian sauce like you would buy from Wal-Mart. The asparagus was pretty bland and the ends weren’t snapped. The ends are tough and fibrous- I just cut them off. My husband got the porkchops w/ mac -n- cheese and onion rings. He said the porkchops were good and tender and portion sizing was more than enough. The onion rings were also delicious and we think they were hand breaded. The mac -n- cheese was highly disappointing and looked like Kraft from a box and tasted like it as well. Overall we would go back every once in a while but not sure if it would be our first choice.

We are from Dayton, Ohio. My husband and I pride ourself with eating local. Having to come to TN for a wedding this weekend and like at home we want what the locals eat. This place did not disappoint. Abby was our server. Attentive. Polite. Outspoken. Prompt. Our food was fresh, hot, made to order and served with a smile. Atmosphere was hometown decor.

This place is the best place to eat! The food was amazing and the service was absolutely great. I live all the way in Mason Hall, Tennessee, about an hour away from Medina. And it is well worth the drive and the money. Great food for a great price. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile! Their customers are their top priority. And want to make sure that you leave the full and have a smile on your face! I highly recommend Main Street Grill!!!
