Main Street Bistro is locally owned and operated and specializes in fresh housemade Cafe style delicacies. With a focus on organic and locally sourced product and plentiful vegan options. All of our sauces, meats, grains and even breads are all prepared and made on-site. We have a gorgeous patio with ample seating tucked neatly under one of our favorite landmarks here in town, Castle Rock which is also the location of the discovery of the copper ore at the base of a spring which originally brought early settlers to Bisbee for mining. Here at Main Street you’ll find some of the most local and friendly inhabitants of this amazing, quirky and charming little town who will make you feel right at home and know everything about this magical place

We had the chicken pesto sandwich and the chicken bowl with quinoa and both were fantastic!! Very fresh and wonderful flavors. The ginger hibiscus lemonade is very refreshing! Music playlist was great as was the outdoor patio. Definitely recommend!! We will definitely eat here next time we visit Bisbee!

The moment I walked through the door a guest recommended that I get the pesto pasta. Say no more. I absolutely love pesto pasta, so it did not take anything more to convince me. The only downside? I will never ever appreciate another pesto pasta in the same way I expected it to be a simple dish and it absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. The quality and flavor in the ingredients was like nothing I had ever had. I am not joking. This would be a $35 pasta dish in Phoenix at the boujiest spot imaginable. The gentleman working there was an absolute dream human being- so kind and welcoming, and so sweet and willing to share some of his tips and tricks in creating the dish. I cannot wait to go back!! 10/10 recommend this spot to everyone!!

My wife had the chicken bowl and he accommodated her special request on veggie prep. She said it was the best protein bowl! I had the greens salad. Both were delicious. And he saw I wasn’t using the salad dressing and suggested I give it a try. Probably the best salad dressing I’ve ever had. For both, they were so fresh and generous with all the good stuff. We will definitely be back.

We had such an amazing meal there today and are very excited to have a place like this in Bisbee! The vegan protein bowl (with brown rice) was so delicious and an incredibly generous portion. My mom had the turkey sandwich and was equally blown away. It was one of those experiences where you are just sitting there, completely focused on the food. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere and love that this place supports local farmers and is organic. Also, meat sandwiches all have vegan options. Looking forward to eventually trying everything!

I ate here almost everyday for a week and was stoked every time. My favorite is the tofu sandwich and I also love the vegan protein bowl! The owner is super nice and enthusiastic about great food. Definitely eat the microgreens if you’re lucky enough to get them with your order. So good!

Friendly, personable owners with high quality food. I ordered the penne pesto pasta and loved it! Al dente pasta with great pesto and tofu. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options on the menu with gluten-free substitutes. This will be our new go-to restaurant anytime we’re in Bisbee!

The owner’s passion for creating great meals shines through in every aspect of this charming establishment. The menu at Main Street Bistro is a work of art, featuring a diverse selection of dishes that cater to various tastes and dietary preferences. Whether you’re a meat lover or vegetarian there is something for everyone here. The creativity and thoughtfulness that go into each dish are evident from the first bite to the last. I had the chicken pesto panini which is easily the best panini I’ve ever had, and don’t get me start on the salad I would buy the salad dressing that the owner created himself by the gallon if I could. It’s clear that the owner takes great pride in sourcing the freshest and finest ingredients available. This is some real gourmet stuff that keep you coming back for more.
