Our food was so delicious! We especially recommend the Tom Kha soup. It’s a perfect blend of sweet and spicy. And what a spectacular presentation! It comes served to the table in a flaming pot! The pot easily served the 4 of us. I had the shrimp pad see-ew, and it did not disappoint. My friends had the green curry and red curry dish… watch out for the green curry as it’s very spicy! My partner had a noodle dish (can’t remember the name of it) but he found it superb. The service was fantastic as well.

Nice people but the vegetable soup was 95% cabbage to fill the bowl instead of veggies, not cool. But when it’s the only Thai restaurant in town you got no other choices.

The food was good. The ambience was decent. The person serving me was very quick and took proper care. I tried the appetizer platter, chicken satay was really good, well cooked and had a very nice taste. Tom kha soup was pretty decent too. If I visit this town again I’ll surely stop by again for some good Thai food.

+JMJ Saturday 8 October 2022 This is a much anticipated visit to dine. I was greeted by a young lady whose smile and gentle demeanor made for a sincere and warm welcome. Though all menus were offered: lunch, main meals, drinks, the waitress pointed out to me that my meal selected from the main menu was actually featured on the lunch menu for their lunch pricing (if I could read ). Anyway, the side salad was made of crisp vegetables with a light dressing. Couldn’t identify the type of dressing, but it was so delicious, I thought of liking the plate to get every drop! My order of Pad Thai arrived shortly thereafter (quick service.) First time ever eating this what I believe is a very traditional Thai meal. Scrumptious! Loved the chopped peanuts and the sprinkling of cilantro over the noodles dressed in a sweet sauce. The chicken pieces were an added accompaniment. And, to finish off the meal, I ordered Thai tea. That was a first too. What a beautiful drink and yummy. That drink could be considered a dessert. Lastly, the atmosphere is so serene with very soft background music. Very pleased overall with this dining experience at Mai Thai. Highly recommend!

Tom Yum Shrimp Soup was not good, it was salty, plus I requested a SHRIMP soup, not a vegetable soup, it had only 4 shrimp, it was loaded with cabbage, broccoli, and tomato. No other restaurant does that.

Pleasant and quick service. Food is good. Atmosphere is nice when it is not full. When full everyone is talking, makes it hard to hear. Maybe some soundproof material or folding partitions?
