The owners and workers are rude. They just want our business without giving any respect. They feel like they are entitled to our business. I called to ask questions and the man and women were rude saying hurry up I got other customers rudely. The customer service is horrible. It need to be a change, customer service needs to be top priority.

My first time at Magic Wok. The rice was not fresh and the meat was dry and not very flavorful. I’m not sure what part of the chicken they got the pieces from but it was tough. I also had a veggie roll, the inside contents were a bit mushy.

First time eating here and it was a horrible experience. I gave a 2 star because I feel as though the sesame chicken I ordered was okay but the rice taste horrible it was dry and tasted undercooked. Then to top it off being new to the area and explaining that to the woman so she would have patience with me and explain the menu, instead she was nasty about it unhelpful and I felt as though she forced me to keep a order I didn’t really want though I insisted I would pay more for the inconvenience to receive what I truly wanted and she rolled her eyes a few time and basically didn’t care and I never ate the entire food half of it went in the trash. Customer service really goes along way even if the chef had a bad day or something. The entire experience left me knowing I wasn’t coming back again.

They make the food I like and everything is right there in the open, visible for me to see. I call and order (usually when I’m on my way home from work) pick it up on the way home. I get plenty food. I have tried some other restaurants around my neighborhood and this is the best to me with what I eat and closest. They are friendly enough for me as far as fast paced Chinese restaurants are concerned. Prices have reasonable and the services has been great.
