This place was our Hail Mary! My mom and I took a day trip to the beach; we’re from the Detroit area and we were in desperate need of a good restaurant on our way home. Food was great, and our waitress was awesome. It’s a small place, and it looked like she was both bartender and waitress for the whole place and she was awesome; brought us refills without us asking! Our orders were accurate and came out in a timely manner, and the food was delicious. Make sure you add Maestro sauce to your pizza crusts- it made a difference. The atmosphere was good, but it was a little hard to enjoy because of some of the other patrons- this is no fault of the establishment at all. There was music and the TV was on, and there were cute Edison bulbs by the bar, but some of the other customers were having a conversation in regards to what women can and can’t do. While that was frustrating, it didn’t tarnish our Maestro’s experience at all. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Definitely check it out!

The smoked chicken wings are really something else—must order and the pizza is delicious and the owner Dayton is a pretty cool dude too. Good atmosphere, clean tables and good quality food. I got the wings, a delicious large Greek salad that was really good—dressing was very tasty, and the pizza was good too.

This was my first visit. The waitress was very nice and made great suggestions based on my desire for a pizza that was not too spicy. The food was wonderful. The service was quick and friendly. If you haven’t tried Maestro’s make sure you do!

After second pizza, I had to review Maestro’s. Tried their cheese pizza the second time because it’s a true test of the depth of the crust and sauce. OUTSTANDING! I’ll definitely be back. The only issue I have is that both times we went to pay for pizza, there was a very drunk dude that was c*ck blocking the cash register. He wouldn’t move! Coincidence? Maybe, but they need make more room too step around dudes like that.

Amazing pizza, we used to go to Hungry Howies religiously until one night we decided to mix it up. It’s hard to believe we’ve lived so close for so long without ever trying it. Server was exceptional. Really a unique feeling restaurant, definitely feels like an episode of Cheer’s.

This is a great neighborhood pizza joint. Do yourself a favor and break away from the chain restaurants and give this place a try. The pizza is delicious and they just might have the best wings in town. Staff and service are great and the restaurant has a great hometown feel to it. It gets busy so if you are in a hurry I recommend ordering ahead or just grab a beer from the bar while you wait. Either way you won’t be disappointed.

I’m a lover of NY style pizza. This isn’t quite that but it’s “in the family”. I love the sauce and cheese. We order takeout here frequently. It’s always ready on-time and is of consistent quality. I’ve never eaten in the restaurant. In my opinion, there are only a few decent pizza restaurants in Kzoo and this is definitely in that group.
