Amazing little family owned restaurant. Some of the best/most authentic Indian food I’ve had in the area. The South Indian Thali plate was delicious and so was the coffee. Don’t be intimidated by the all-vegetarian menu; the food is proof that vegetarian food can be equally if not more delicious than meat.

Great to have this new option in town. Most Indian restaurants serve Northern Indian food. This Southern Indian food is a great and welcomed change of pace!

The food was absolutely delicious. We had an onion dosa that was really exceptional. The chef personally came around to our table to make sure that the food was up to par, that kind of dedication is evident in the food. Great service, tasty food. If you’re looking for South Indian food, give it a try. Also they have a ton of great vegan options.

My family is from Oshkosh, and we were looking for some good Indian food in the area to try, and this restaurant was perfect. The food is delicious and if you haven’t tried Indian food, this place does it very well and authentically. The family that runs it is wonderful and the chef is superb. Highly recommend trying this place, as there is nothing like it in the area. You will love their food!

All vegetarian dishes, the owners are the cooks. When we ordered he was very kind and explained what each dish was and pointed to its picture behind the counter. We had a cutlet and samosa as an appetizer, then had the onion masala Dosa (triangle shaped food), and the vegetable uttapam (circle food). Samosa and Dosa were definitely the stars of the show. Served with disposable plates/cutlery. Has 4 tables (two 2-seaters and two 4-seaters). I will definitely be back to try more of the menu. So so good. (Not pictured samosa and cutlet)

Service was quick, and the food tasted great. Their dishes have subtle variations from other south Indian restaurants that’s I’ve enjoyed in the past, so that was a pleasant surprise. The space is small from what I saw, but we didn’t wait at all. The parking lot only had a few spots but there was plentiful street parking on the street behind the restaurant.

My husband and I went here for dinner on a Friday and had a great experience! It’s a small operation, but the fresh authentic food is well worth the wait. We had the Masala Vada from the appetizer menu, which was crispy and delicious with just the right amount of spice. We followed that with the North Indian Thali and South Indian Thali. We enjoyed both dishes- lots of small flavorful bites. The South Indian Thali is a bit spicier than the North. I’d be remiss if I didn’t also mention the mango lassi and chai tea- both wonderful! We’ll certainly be back.

I was excited to find a south Indian vegetarian place in Appleton and I really wanted to like this place, but the experience turned out to be disappointing.
