Amazing pizza place, extremely creative choices to pick from. This is now my favorite pizza place in all of Buffalo. The prices are reasonable for what you are getting.

Picked up a pizza for my sisters birthday. She wanted the chicken and waffles pie and some fingers. The pizza was burnt and sadly the chicken finger order was wrong. The place didn’t seem busy at all either because the employees and owner were all standing around chatting. Crazy that he’s letting pies come out of his kitchen like this when he’s there. No quality control. Definitely disappointing for her first time having a macys.

The problem here is consistency! You could get a great pizza one day then the next it the worst! That is a problem. Then half time yoy dont even get what you ordered! And when you try to address the issues the staff just doesn’t care! Staff is just awful, at both locations! And BOTH locations not consisent. I’m done trying to support. Take a look at my receipt and pic of pizza..you be the judge!!

Tried new Macys in Kenmore a couple of months ago, was really impressed with the flavor, toppings and quality of our pizza. Onions and sausage were chunky and plentiful. Went back again yesterday, ordered pizza with sausage with onions and sausage. Very disappointed. The onions and sausage were cut is tiny bits and pieces! Could not really taste the toppings. My daughter had the same experience. Probably won’t return for more. Looking at the picture it’s hard to tell that there are any toppings at all, as they are diced up so small!

I so wanted to live this place but they are so inconsistent. It is right around the corner from me. The first pizza was great. The second, not so much and the third (and final) was worse. Buffalo has so many great pizza places and I have heard so many good things about the original Macy’s. Not this location. Counter help is rude and act as if you are interrupting them when you pick up your order.

I am a huge fan of Macy’s first off. I’ve been ordering from the cheektowaga location for a long time now. I was beyond excited to find out they were opening a location in Kenmore because that meant I could order it at home instead of just at work. I haven’t tried as much at this location but all my favorites are just as good as they are at the original location. Macy’s has one of the best pizza’s in the area. I think they cheese hits hard in flavor town and it really makes there pizza pop. I would also recommend their wraps. They are fantastic and much like their pizzas there are a lot of fun options to try. I’ve never been inside the restaurant but I’ve seen the pictures and posts and dig their design.

We’ve tried this location twice now. The pizza has been good both times(cheese and pepperoni). The problem is the wings. One time we got italian parm and honey bbq. The honey bbq was very spicy!! Normally honey bbq is our go to but not this one! This time we got mild extra crispy and bbq. The bbq was what I would expect from a honey bbq. The mild was definitely at least medium and not crispy at all. Also there were more than a couple wings that were very small and had very little meat on them. Either their wing sauces are different than what you’d expect OR they keep giving us the wrong sauce for our wings.
