Was greeted with “kitchen is closed.” Googled closest place near me to get food and Mac’s and stacks came up. I called the number and it said “thank you for calling bar Louie” asked the bartender as I was confused and she said “oh yea, that’s us but you have to order it online. It’s our ghost kitchen. You have 5 minutes to get your order in.” Only option for wings is boneless (I’m gluten free) so I couldn’t eat anything. The bartender had a bad attitude and acted super inconvenienced

Last week I tried two of their ‘stacks’ both were very good. It was easy to pick up at the bar in Bar Louie. Unfortunately I went to order another and they took all the stacks off of the online ordering. I hope this is fixed soon especially since it’s kind of the second part of the name.

Wow!! I had to get on here and write a good review for the fine folks at Mac and Stacks!! First off, I have visited these restaurants for 15 years and their food quality exceeded my expectation. I have ordered Uber Eats so many times, they probably know my name. I love that they are open late, helps me out with my crazy schedule. Now for the yummy part…….their Mac and cheeses are delicious, creative, and consistent with a PERFECT amount of sauce and cheese!! Their sandwiches (especially the patty melt) are superb!! Love, love, love the way they toast their bread. Oh!!!! And their chocolate cake, yeah you’re gonna need 2 slices. Moist, creamy chocolate icing that almost taste like Granoche or mousse.

I’ve only had good experiences w Mac n stacks. Love the southern style mac n cheese. It sounds like all the bad reviews are because of Uber eats lol. Driver’s often don’t wanna pick up food that late, so it goes through several drivers. My orders have taken an hour at times but they’ve never cancelled (don’t get the fries, waste of money)

Didn’t even get to order food. Apparently this is only online ordering. It is inside Bar Louie. They give you the option to call the order in but when you call in, the person can’t place the order on their screens. Tried placing online but there are so few options that we couldn’t even get a functional meal. We had kids and were looking forward to what the menu had to offer and were quite disappointed and irritated that we couldn’t order our food like a normal restaurant to pick it up. They definitely have a lot to figure out for this setup. Also, keep in mind that there is absolutely no signage to show Macs & Stacks anywhere. Bar Louis is Mac & Stacks. Maybe sometime in the future we can come back. Lesson learned for now.

Decent late night food. AWFUL service. Ordered through UberEats. And the order went through multiple drivers for some reason. Finally a driver calls me to tell me that they gave my order to someone else. And they refuse to give him the food for my order. Instead of fixing their mistake and giving the driver my food, the restaurant cancels the order. This is after I waited nearly two hours for an order that was only supposed to take 25-40 minutes. Never ordering from them again.

This place was hard to find. No signs for it or anything. The food was pretty good however they forgot our $12 order of mac and cheese. The donuts were very mediocre. Overall would recommend if you need something delivered in the Pittsburg area. Wait time wasn’t long

Orders take forever and arrive cold. And that’s assuming they don’t just cancel the order after you wait an hour. Hope you’re not too hungry because you may or may not get any food. And if you are unlucky enough to actually get it it will be late, stone cold and terrible. Look elsewhere.

They have cancelled my order numerous times after waiting hours thinking my order was being prepared and on the way. I am sick with COVID and was depending on that food. You guys should at least cancel right away so I can order something else instead of waisting hours.
