Not so hidden gem on a main street. Impressive menu for a small place. I had the watermelon mimosa with the “Bob’s special”, delicious. Tastes like a jolly rancher. My eyes were bigger than my stomach, but everything looked great.

Mackie’s family restaurant: where blandness is on the menu, but at least the omelette is cooked. The bang bang hash browns were also lacking in flavor, but the service was good. The only thing that wasn’t bland was the price – a bit too high for the lack of flavor in the food.

Nice little brunch spot , family owned. Basic breakfast menu ,extra points for baked beans on the menu! Everything you would expect from a family style spot. Enough space for out 6 persons party and didn’t feel cramped. I’ve been here a few times over the years and the quality is the same across the board. Homemade breads I believe is the house specialty, English muffins made in house.

This is a wonderful place to have breakfast. Everything is delicious and they even bake their own bread. The walls are covered in art for sale. Fast and friendly service. Will definitely be back, thank you.

I’m a traveler and don’t know much about local history, but thank goodness for family restaurants. Showing a very good breakfast sandwich with an extra sausage patty. All else is standard.

Poor service, good food. They forgot to put our ticket in and it was about 50 mins before we got food. Also took about 20 mins for her to come pick up our cards to pay.
