NOT what I expected after hearing how good it was from my wife. When I read the menu and it said basil, mozzarella, and tomato, I had the false delusion that I was getting basically a Margherita pizza. I was shocked when I saw this pizza delivered. Be forewarned, when they say tomato, they mean 100% covered in tomatoes. I like me some tomatoes but geez. The appetizers were meh, and they took forever to get. I would have rated the place worse, but the people were very nice about it and explained how short-handed they were in the kitchen, and then they offered another option for dinner and they gave us a discount on the bill. I got the general Tsao’s rice bowl, and it was great. It’s very spicy, but you can get the hot peppers on the side, so that helped. I’ll mark it up to bad timing so with that being said I will give them another chance.

The food is amazing but the service is absolutely freaking awful we waited 40 minutes for rice bowls we were told would be ready in 15. This isn’t the first time it’s almost every time we don’t even come on time to pick up food anymore because we would still be waiting 30 minutes or more. And the curly haired server kid is one of the worst servers there.

The food was delicious! Read to the end of our experience to see why they deserve 5 stars for service even with a big mistake. We ordered a dish that they didn’t receive the shipment for yet. They didn’t inform us and made it as close as they could, but the missing ingredients were the reason we came, so we noticed and asked. The food they brought was still flippin delicious! When it came to light, the manager came to our table and made it right. He brought us a menu and listened to what we were looking for in taste and our allergy considerations and helped get a great second dish on the way. He also told us about how they have a new menu section coming dedicated to the ingredients we came for and that he hopes we come back. We will definitely be coming back!

Worst experience ever! Went to dine in as a party of 5, they told us to sit in the bar since they were short on wait staff. Ordered pizza and after an hour later they still didn’t even start our order. Supposedly they concentrated on to go orders and got behind, according to manager. Well half hour later still no food. Well half our party had to leave! We started 15 minutes after that to just get up and go. Well the food was finally ready. They had to box it up. Almost 2 hours waiting for our food!! Unacceptable!! We will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! 20% discount was not enough! Absolutely worst service ever! No one should wait 2 hours for pizza! We’ll never recommend this place to anyone!

My wife and I had not eaten here for a long time because of a rude manager. But today we went back and really enjoyed it. Food was very good. Our waitress Hayden (I think) was very polite, nice, and accommodating. A hustling new manager, a young energetic friendly guy, also checked on us to make sure all was well.

A very nice restaurant that serves not only pizza, but other goodies as well. The place was a little understaffed, but the food was almost perfect. The waiters were polite and generally quick, and they cleaned off tables as soon as people left and sanitized them. Overall, it was a very nice experience. It can fill up quick, and they don’t have a ton of seating avaliable.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad item here. First off the house dressing is the best dressing I’ve ever had, I could literally drink it. It’s amazing on the Cobb salad, which is fantastic. The house salad is also great and unique with pears and grape nuts on top. The pear & bleu flatbread is stunning *chef’s kiss. The wings are good the willow creek sandwich is awesome. You can’t go wrong here.
