This place is a run do not walk. If I could give more stars I would. It was everything I hoped it would be. The only downside is there is only 15 seats in the place and it got packed quickly. Delicious. I will be back to try more.

The Mac here is crazy cheesey and has a crazy cheese pull. If you get the Serrano chicken, it’s a bit sweeter, but the buffalo gives it a good savory taste. Don’t pass this place up if you like decandant mac and cheese.

This cute little spot was fun to check out. I ordered the Buff Baby Mac, and it was delicious and decent size for the price. There is not a lot of dine-in space, but it’s easy to order to go!

I was really excited to try this place out and it didn’t disappoint. I got the signature honey Serrano Mac, which came with 2 tenders on top. The gentleman at the register was friendly and answered all my questions. The honey sauce was delicious and the Mac itself still had a kick even without the Serrano peppers (my nose was running, but then again I can’t eat much more than mild wing sauce!) I would have loved more honey sauce on the dish. Cost was $14 plus tax and tip. Looking at the other reviews, my portion seems noticeably smaller which is a bummer. The other options look good so hopefully I’ll get a good helping next time.

Serrano mac is fantastic!! This location may be best for takeout, they have about 4 tables. But don’t let that stop you!! Staff was friendly and the food was fresh!

UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and kindly offered a free meal to give them another shot. I’m glad they did, because it was excellent! Enjoyed the Baby Buff Mac -good sized juicy chicken tenders over great mac with yummy buffalo sauce. This time the cheese was melty, and the sauce was smooth and delicious! 😀 Thanks, KC Mac n’ Co!

Such a small place barely anywhere to sit and it took forever to get my food. It was very good quality tho but I’ll not go back regardless since it’s in such a poor location.

My date and I both very much enjoyed an incredibly hearty meal at KC Mac N’ Co on a recent visit. Bring an appetite because the portions are generous. The fried mac and cheese balls were in particular a standout. I love a great “fancy” mac and this place has got some of the best I’ve had.

You order yourself at counter via toast computer monitor. Nice gal brought our drinks right to our table. Some of the best Mac I’ve had in a long time! Well worth it! Wedges were great as well! Interior was clean and well kept.

I really enjoyed this place. When you first enter there are self-service screens so you can take your time to find what you need without any pressure. I also received my food after very little wait. I ordered the classic mac. The portion size was perfect for my boyfriend and I to share. It was also delicious, cheesy, and had a variety of seasonings.
