We ordered two separate bowls on DoorDash, figured we would try the spot since I’ve driven by and love some good Mac and cheese. Very glad we ordered, the food arrived quickly, the pasta was cooked to perfection, the cheese sauces I could eat a whole jar of and the meat was tasty and tender as can be. I will definitely be going here again and recommending to all my cheese loving friends!

I acknowledge that vegan Mac n cheese will never be the same as the amazing, mouth watering goodness this place as to offer. I’ve never had it but my eyes devour the pictures. What I didn’t expect was a pasta salad. I have gotten vegan Mac and cheese from so many states and so many places. They have always been pretty darn good. The sauce has been thick and seasoned so well, but at this place? I almost thought I was eating soup. I ordered extra sauce so I could try and replicate it home if it was good enough! Please look at the picture. The sauce was so thin. It looks more like dressing. Should be advertised as macaroni and veggie salad instead of the audacity to try and call any of that “Mac n cheese”. Just take it off the menu, I would not be offended to not have a vegan option at this place.

This is a small, unassuming restaurant but with big flavors. I really enjoyed stopping for a quick lunch. The service was fast and friendly. They have a small menu of nine different macaroni and cheese dishes and fountain drinks. I tried the Colorado Favorite, Classic, and Buffalo Chicken and all were super yummy and perfect for a winter Colorado afternoon.

If you’re a mac and cheese fan, this is a must. Good variety — my favorite is the Colorado but others are just as tasty. This is not a fancy dining out experience — just solid food at a reasonable price. They essentially do one thing and do it well.
