This dudes food is greasey horrible and overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. I assume these people are on their last leg, burnt out from doing it, and need to hang it up. Guy that owns it is rude , abrasive, and smells of booze. Time to hang it up bro..Sell ur venue to someone who can make decent food..cause it’s not u.

I’ve patronized Mac and Cheese Steaks located in the Diamond parking lot three times in the past year and each experience was a good one. My favourite order is the Philly Mac and Cheese. I highly recommend the garlic fries which are hands-down the best in town. My only gripe (a small one) is the portions tend to be a bit small for the price but overall I’d recommend if you’re on the go.

The food here is great, however, from what I understand, they have an agreement to be on base every Tuesday, and are very inconsistent with showing up there. I have gone many days with no lunch assuming they would be located at my work on the days they agreed to be there. Maybe if there was a monthly forecast showing which days they plan to be at specific locations, it would help alleviate this issue.

On the 9th of this month my daughter and her friend and I were to the carnival my daughter order the Philly cheese steak her friend the chicken Philly. We ask for no onions yet they were in her friend’s sandwich and when we asked to redo it. He give us guff and said how he was to do it. His grill was not that clean with a lot of tibits of other food had cooked on it. My daughter and I ended with food poisoning from eating the Philly cheese steak. I myself ended up in the hospital with food poisoning for two days. Medical records to prove my stay. Don’t understand how they have a 4.8 rating. WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

What Chris has managed to do here is take a basic menu format and build a creative and eclectic flavor experience. Soup, sandwich, Mac & cheese; simple, right? But now take that and use asparagus, brisket, Buffalo sauce, pumpkin, varieties of cheeses, mushrooms; the list goes on and on and changes week to week and season to season. Old favorites may cycle around, but don’t miss out on a new creation. Then there’s the creme brulee. Smooth and delicious, but the same treatment he gives all his other foods with truffles, squash, butterscotch, Bourbon, again the list goes on. If you’re traveling through, you have got to experience this. Facebook page is best way to find him and check out his menu of the day.
