Fantastic little restaurant. Real down home cooking at great prices. And you can’t beat the vintage atmosphere and smiling people, enjoying a hearty morning meal, a real breakfast chat shop. Highest recommendation.

Our go to spot for breakfast when we’re in Milford. The environment, the food, the prices. It’s a comforting place that feels like home. I first visited in 2006 & a few times a year ever since. John and Shirley are an amazing team.

What a well kept secret, great for breakfast and early lunch. (They close early) Prices can’t be beat, pork roll or scrapple fan? This is the place for you. Always crowded but well worth the wait.

Not sure felt like the twilight zone. Waited 30 minutes to get coffee. Finally ordered and a man came in sat down beside me, he git his food and finished before we got our breakfast. Weird place. I won’t go here again an hr and a half is too long to wait to eat.

MaDes isn’t a restaurant it’s an experience. Every town used to have a Ma De’s. A place locals gather to eat and chat and catch up on the news. Now tourists come to ours to remember bygone days. Think The Whistle Stop Cafe with a view of the Delaware River.

Good food, worth the wait if busy. Small, small town feel. So inexpensive it’s crazy in this day and age!

First time here after living in Frenchtown nearly 5 years. Absolutely awesome experience!!! Old school diner feel, pick your table, and just a perfectly proportioned delicious fresh breakfast plate served by the quickest waitress with a huge smile on her face. Cash only! Very inexpensive!!! Will be back!
