So easy to get to from College Station! DEFINITELY worth the short drive to get some good cajun cooking! Chicken fried bacon (more like pork belly IMO) is pretty amazing. Crawfish Queso is a MUST! The crawfish etouffee is nice and creamy thank you very much! Didn’t have the crawfish but they sure smelled good 🙂 But above all the best service I’ve had in a long time and they were busy! This place is going in the rotation fo sho!

Crawfish was not as good as the first time we went. Our waitress, Wendy, was unattentive and very slow. She overcharged us for our crawfish, too. I guess she figured since we were drinking beer, we wouldn’t remember how many pounds we were eating. Check your ticket and don’t have her as a waitress. We spend over $100 every time we go for just 2 people. We won’t be going back there.

The crawfish was very good but they will cheat you. We order 3 lbs of crawfish they brought us 2 but charged us for 3 and we ask for 2 and they brought us 1. We canceled the last order because they wanted to argue about the 1 lb they brought us.

So many tantalizing items on the menu! This was our first trip to M-Beaux’s and we tried the crawfish queso, crawfish pistolette (fried roll covered with crawfish sauce), fried shrimp pee-wees (served on 2 rolls, but similar to a po-boy), and the oyster and tails basket. Everything was delicious, but the queso and the fried oysters stood out. Looking forward to going back and trying some of the other traditional Cajun dishes on the menu.

This is a crawfish place, I don’t eat crawfish. Now the people I go with, say its the best they’ve ever eaten. It is spicy. So if you love crawfish, this is the place to go. I always get a hamburger, which I always have to 10 minutes are more to get after the crawfish has been brought to the table. Now, we have already waited 20 to 30 minutes on the crawfish (place stays busy for crawfish). I understand one ticket at a time, but I would like to have my food at the same time. Plus, the hamburger isn’t that good. Salads look good for next time. They also have steak on the menu and appetizers.

Had the Catfish with French Fries – Very good. I would have preferred lighter on the breading. Fried Mushroom were fabulous & sufficient for our party of five as an appetizer. Wife’s Baked Potato was cold & could have been better. Overall, I WILL be going back for another visit.
