I’ve enjoyed there food for over 25-30 years now..any other time I’d definitely give them 5 stars, but idk what happened today other than someone was slacking in the meat department!!! I ordered 2-16” Philly steak n cheese subs and 1-16” Italian sub and there was barely anything in it!! To say my family was disappointed I’d an understatement, as we had been looking forward to this all day only to end up with pretty much just bread with just enough meat on it to add some extra flavor!!! Maybe this just happened because it was close to closing time or something.. I pray that’s all it is because I’d hate to think of us never eating there again..with the way things are right now with gas prices and food prices going up, the last thing a customer wants to feel after driving almost 45 minutes, is ripped off!!

I travel to Abingdon very often for business and I always make sure to stop by and get that delicious Philly sub, it does not disappoint. It’s absolutely the best I’ve had in KY, VA, WV, and TN. Customer service is always top notch and they seem to get the food out quickly even during times that’s been packed. P. S. Do not confuse this with the place in WV.

Do not go here, I went in for lunch today and ordered a sub for myself and one for my grandmother while on lunch break. We were the only ones in the restaurant for 15 mins or so and then people started coming in. 5 tables came in after us (they all got their food before us) and 40 mins later we’re still waiting, keep in mind this is my 30 min lunch break. I asked the lady for a refund seeing as we were waiting for 40 mins with no food and she was rude stating she couldn’t refund it all. 1/10 do not recommend
