If you’re in Rehoboth you have to check out this cute little bistro! I got the shrimp salad wrap and my husband got the chicken salad wrap, 10/10. There’s a little court yard on the side of the building we enjoyed our meals on.

Amazing, freshly made food. We got the shrimp salad and orzo salad (pre-made), chicken Caesar wrap, Lydia’s garden salad, and cups of the soup of the day (black bean and corn). Kids loved it all too! Absolutely delicious. It’s nice to have GF options too! We’ll be back!

Lydia’s was the best find in Rehoboth! Lydia is behind the counter preparing the food with a smile. Katie is helping you select what to eat, while playing an eclectic range of music. Food is fresh and outstanding. They even have Vegan options! Support this local incredible establishment.

Exactly what I wanted for lunch. Something quick and yummy. Highly recommend the chicken salad and buffalo chicken dip. Will be back to try the shrimp salad, I heard other customers talking about how good it was.

I visited Lydia’s Grab & Go Bistro for the first time the other day. I walked in and was immediately greeted and helped right away. I was offered samples of their food since it was only day 2 of them being open and everything I tried was superb. I was highly satisfied with everything, but the spinach dip and chili was immaculate. The inside is decorated with a beautiful floral/butterfly theme and there are a few spots to sit and work, or eat with friends. I can definitely say that Lydia’s Grab & Go will be a new place I recommend to friends and people visiting Rehoboth as a must try lunch or dinner spot!

Absolutely delicious new spot in the heart of Downtown Rehoboth! Lydia has created a delicious bistro-styled menu, with grab and go options, perfect for a day on the beach! One of the coolest ideas is their cookbook shelf! Pick a book, pick a recipe, write it down and once a month, they will randomly draw one to place on the menu! How incredible! 10/10 recommend and will be back, especially for that shrimp salad!

I recently stopped into Lydia’s for lunch. Lydia greeted me and made recommendations for grab and go. I enjoyed the chicken salad, beet salad and corn chowder. Everything was fresh and delicious! Try Lydia’s if you are in the neighborhood!

Lydia’s Grab & Go Bistro was super quaint and charming. Lydia is a sweetheart and the staff was friendly. It was so hard to choose what to get, so I got a few things. The orzo salad was amazing, the shrimp salad was the best I’ve had, and the pimento cheese spread was delicious. The seasonal salad special of the day was also amazing! Can’t go wrong with anything at Lydia’s!

Lydias has quickly become my favorite spot to grab a quick and quality bite. I don’t know if I should list all of the things that are amazing here, but I will start with Lydia and Katie. They are a dream team, offering genuine hospitality, and great suggestions. They both are so warm, and welcoming, you won’t find a better pair in Rehoboth, or maybe anywhere. They have even helped me expand my palate. Typically I do zero spice, but Lydia’s buffalo chicken dip, and oh my word, their Thai corn chowder! They both are so flavorful that I find myself enjoying the heat. I do love their shrimp salad wrap, and that has been my go to most days. The wraps are generous, and perfect for a day at the beach, or a quick bite before work. Whatever the dip is that they give you with the wraps, is stellar. Also, I need to mention the sweet treats they offer. My coworkers and I are absolutely obsessed with the cookie brownie they offer, and I was fortunate enough to try Lydia’s latest creation, a banana pecan Bundt cake. It exceeded all expectations. It was beautiful to look at, but it was even better to eat! Lydias is truly something special, something that Rehoboth Beach has been lacking for far too long. The atmosphere is great, the prices are more than reasonable, and I cannot say enough about how much I love this cozy little spot. 1000/10
