Atmosphere is strange, but staff is nice. Ran in for a couple quick slices and a drink and the place was empty. The guy in the back asked the girl to take some cheese pizza slices that looked kind of old and weren’t under a hot lamp. I had ordered some pepperoni slices, so they took cheese pizza and threw some pepperoni on the slices and through it in the oven. My review again is not reviewing a whole pie, but shouldn’t entirely matter, because: 1. Dough has zero salt or flavor. 2. Cheese is incredibly cheap. 3. Pepperoni weren’t crispy, because they were haphazardly thrown onto a older cheese pizza. 4. Uninspired.

Never ate inside, but when ordering and asking for adjustments to certain items, they’ve been extremely accommodating. Excellent pizza but I highly recommend their Stromboli! Have a huge appetite if you order one for just yourself! Consistent, courteous, and very good food at a favorable price. Who could ask for more?

I have SaveAround coupon book that cost 25. Today I called Lutinas to order pizza and the man who answered said they are not accepting any coupons. I explained it was from the book but he said they are not taking coupons. So I went to Buds Chicken instead. See location listed on back and everything.

Staff were pleasant and helpful when we placed our orders. However, place wasn’t busy, we had to keep going back to the counter to make our needs known (ice water, silverware)! The tables were dirty, floors needed to be swept. Observed, sweet young girl (employee) spent time on phone at a nearby table… while waiting to serve food for other customers?! Then sat back down. I was disappointed to see lack of cleanliness and overall use of “restaurants protocol”! Food was good (not great)! I will not be back! 2 stars

Unfortunately Lutina’s has lost its appeal. After years of ordering from there we have run into problem after problem, all dealing with coupons. The most recent incident led me to write this review, along with the cold and mediocre pizza we were graced with. So, Lutina’s is featured in a coupon book, and when calling to place an order, we were told that the coupon would not be accepted due to the fact that the book put the business in without their consent. OK, the problem is not ours, but I understand the issue and instead we removed the second pizza we were going to order. We were then told on the phone that since we couldn’t use that coupon, they would honor the Slice coupon for $5 (already having removed the second large pizza). We showed up within the 25 minutes given to us on the phone for order time, and were informed that the coupon would not be honored because the boss did not think it should be. I’m sorry, but that is not respectful after being told we would receive the coupon, and I feel as though the owner who supposedly said that the coupon would not be honored should have handled the situation versus leaving the messenger to do the dirty work. I do plan on speaking with the owner (who was not there, and we were told to call in the morning), but the treatment and the lackluster pizza has made me decide that with all the new pizza places in town, this local business is no longer the one to depend on. I will happily continue to support other local restaurants, but do NOT recommend the pizza, the service or takeout. However, if you do enjoy a mixture of confusion with a side of cold pizza at a significant cost, then Lutina’s is your place! Enjoy

ABSOLUTELY the BEST PIZZA!!! It is so hard to find good quality New York Style pizza these days, but Lutina’s provides just that! Their pizza is delicious and high quality. Their salads and garlic knots are amazing as well! They also have delicious jumbo wings! They are very welcoming at this restaurant and have great customer service. I always look forward to eating here! The owners make sure that the customers are happy with their meals. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!!

Good pizza. Consistent. Always friendly. I order from here on occasion for 10 years now. It’s got a real pizza feel during lunch if you sit in. Great place to bring the kids and their friends for a pizza outing. In 10 years never had a bad experience. Think that says a lot.
