We were actually headed to a different restaurant and when I walked by Luso I was wishing that that was our destination. Much to my delight the place we were headed was closed and we had a wonderful dining experience with a Portuguese flare. We had the house cured salmon for appetizer that was incredible and I enjoyed the grilled octopus while my date enjoyed the lobster scented shrimp scampi. The espresso coffee and flan perfectly completed the meal. Excellent service and wonderful atmosphere and such a nice place to take a stroll afterwards.

First time visiting this restaurant. Went for mothers day. Arrived around 130pm. A waiter told us we could pick a table outside and ge would bring us menus. We sat at the table and it took about 15minutes and flagging someone down to get menus.

The food was delicious. We ordered the baccalao and chicken wings for the appetizer. Both were hits. Tasty and done just right. I had the Salmon Iberia, which comes with a champagne saffron sauce. The fish was perfectly seared, succulent, and flaked easily with my fork. The service was excellent. Our waiter was attentive and on-point. Definitely on the list to revisit.

This restaurant has great service and an intimate feel to it. We decided to dine outside because the weather was nice and there was an artist performing live music. I had the Chicken Marsala with rice and veggies. It had really good flavor and I could actually taste the wine in the sauce. I’ve never experienced that with a marsala dish before. The portion was huge and I could only eat half of the chicken. The server was thoughtful and asked if I liked the dish because so much food was left on my plate. I really appreciated that attention to detail, but assured him it was only due to the size of the dish. The other guest had the Octopus and thought it was good but the sauce was a bit too wet (not a deal-breaker though). Would definitely like to return to try some of the other items on the menu.

We watched the manager sweep paper napkins and trash from his courtyard and sidewalk right out towards the front public landscaping and curb. We were stunned to watch him sweep and sweep rather than picking up the trash. So we politely confronted him and he said that he picks it all up at the end of the night. Now that was a laughable statement. I then realized there was a ton of trash there and he’s been sweeping it into the landscaping and never picking it up. In fact while we spoke some of it was blowing towards the Tradition town square and he said well its not my trash anyway. I said, it takes 2 seconds to pick up the trash, this is your front door and everyone outside eating is watching you. He said, “well it is what it is”… sad .. so sad.
