Taco Tuesday craving. Decided to give this place a try. Tacos are street-taco size for $2. Husband ordered carnitas, asada, al pastor tacos. I ordered one carnitas taco and one tamale rojo. All three taco meats were delicious. There is serve yourself sauces of green, two red, and avocado plus cabbage, a cilantro onion mix, carrot mixture, and limes. We didn’t order a lot of food, no side dishes, but it was enough this time at a reasonable price for good quality meat tacos.

This is the first time we have have ever tried Lupitas Tacos and we did it through door dash. The food was absolutely to die for! The food was so fresh and great care was taken in the packaging. They gave us a full baggie of chopped onions and cilantro. We ordered the Quesabirras (consume on point)and the carne asada tacos and for desert a churro and tres leches. My door dasher called and said they were out of the tres leches and asked if we wanted something else and we said no. They still sent us a replacement dessert of the most yummy chocoflan. It had a sticker from a bakery in Orem, Juan Pablo’s Bakery.. so shout out to them! I didn’t even think I liked flan! The food was so delicious, packaged so well and we will definitely be ordering again. Lupitas Taco is a hidden gem! It will not disappoint.

Delicious food. I had a carnitas torta, and my wife had assorted tacos. The bread on my torta was very fresh, and my wife’s tacos were loaded with meat. We also had elote (corn) and chips&guac. This place is incredible. I probably never would have tried it if the new Chipotle next door on Washington St wasn’t so bad. Now I’m confident I will NEVER go back to that Chipotle.

I have been searching for great Mexican food in Weber County for years. As soon as I walked into the restaurant and saw elotes and champorado, I knew good things were happening. This place has street tacos like San Diego and authentic refried beans like a home-cooked meal. I’ve loved their sopes as well. The only knock is the chips and salsa are not gratis, but they have great prices so it makes up for it. I highly recommend a visit here. We will likely see you, we go quite often since finding it.
