Yes I CURSED. Tonight my husband called in dinner for take out. I wrote beef chow mein. He ordered beef chow mein. We didn’t get the noodles that come with beef chow mein. Called in to see why and found they entered beef KOW. Folks, because my 62 year old husband said yes when they read it back, she insisted that was what we ordered and wouldn’t budge. Ordered delivery – beef and peapod, opened our order and found beef and broccoli. I called to notify of the error and was put on hold for a few minutes before they said were snippy and said they guess they could refund. I asked if they could deliver the food we ordered instead and they said “well you can come get it or it’ll be a long time. Hes sure he did pea pods” like I was lying. Extremely rude.

Love the combo fried rice! Egg rolls are TO DIE for! Prices are a little high for what you get. But at this day in age its not THEIR fault for prices going up. Definately give them some business they are very good. I personally order from here almost weekly.

Shrimp with lobster suace lunch.. I don’t know what this is supposed to be but it was awful.. I took two bites of the rice and egg roll then packed it back up and took it back. They refund me with no problem, but took the food to the back. You should have thrown it away in the front. I wouldn’t be surprised if they would try and reuse this because it even tasted reused.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Ordered online, got an email after an hour saying I got my food and I hadn’t. Girl on phone said I never use online ordering and I live 5 minutes down the street. Food was horrible, I’ve ordered there for a few years. Never again. Then when I clicked on give feedback there is an error and can not on both order confirmation and delivery confirmation. I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t go here.

Love the food and the smoothies. I started ordering from here in the past year, and it reminds me of my favorite restaurant from my hometown. Happy I found it here. The service was great . I’ve dined in and gotten take out. Both were good. I prefer take out only because we order a bunch of food and share everything.
