Terrible compared to the one in Gig Harbor. The GH Lunchbox Lab has servers and makes you feel welcomed. As soon as you enter this one, you order and pay by yourself on the screen.

Spendy price, but worth it every now and then. Food was average. When you think loaded potatoes, you don’t think it’s just a cheese sauce. But the burger was good, and the shakes were fantastic! Fun to see a few games, not for just the kids. We had fun for an hour or so. And the server at the counter was so friendly and helpful!!

‘Mercan Berger was dry and over cooked. Fries were meh. Service was comically bad. Tried to ask if the guajillo chile on the James West burger was hot and the woman couldn’t answer due to both total unfamiliarity with the menu, and an obvious language barrier. Asked for a Space Dust to drink and she had to point to each tap until I said “that one”. On the plus side she did ask if I wanted it to go . . . Honestly, I’m pretty easy when it comes to stuff like that, and had the food been at least average I’d probably go back, but it wasn’t, and I won’t.

The burgers here are fine. I think the draw of this place are their “experiments,” limited specials. Otherwise, not worth a special trip, but good for a burger fix if you’re passing by.

Seems like the staff was really struggling to get orders right today. There were several people in front of us that had to have their orders corrected (missing items or made wrong) and then when we ordered it took 25 minutes from when we ordered until our food came out, and it was a long time between the first burger and when the rest of our table’s food arrived. My burger was supposed to have bacon on it and it had to be corrected. One of our party wanted to swap out a side of honey mustard for ranch and we were charged $1.50 to swap it out.

This was really a poor choice. When you go in there are signs directing you to order from your phone. There are even QR codes on the tables to take you to the site. The scan card has your table number. About 30 minutes later we discover the food is sitting at a counter. Anyone else eating in had the food brought to them.

I recently dined at a restaurant that left me with an extremely disappointing experience. The lack of people in the restaurant didn’t help matters either, as the atmosphere felt very eerie and depressing. But even worse than the ambiance was the food itself. I ordered a burger, hoping for a satisfying meal, but what I received was a dry, tasteless patty that was extremely disappointing. It seemed as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours before being served to me. To add insult to injury, the trays that were provided for me to eat on were terrible. They were flimsy and uncomfortable to hold, and I couldn’t wait to finish my meal and get out of there. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal and a pleasant dining experience. The lackluster food and unappealing atmosphere make this place a complete waste of time and money. Save yourself the trouble and find a different restaurant to visit.

Super disappointed! I had high hopes considering the price tag but the food was honestly just yucky. The burger had a soggy cafeteria bun (definitely not worth the price) and was generally just cheaply made and unappetizing. The mac and cheese was inedible and literally ended up uneaten in the trash. Tasted more like mac & butter or cream + too much salt, than actual cheese. Would not recommend or return
