WOW!!! Delicious! We had grilled and the battered fish tacos and they were the best we ever had. Nopales taco shells, mango salsa…incredible. Also had shrimp quesadillas which my husband said he will be thinking about for the rest of his life:)

Delicious ceviche! So Fresh & Flavorful! Can’t wait to return and try everything on their great menu. Luna’s Seafood Kitchen such a welcomed addition to Luna’s Kitchen food truck. EZ drive from Abq, along NM 47 at north end of Los Lunas. I’m def a weekend regular 🙂

This is the best local food truck! Welcoming, friendly, and unique. Their ceviche y tacos camerones were the best I’ve had in the states. Get down to Los Lunas and give them a try!
