WOW… I decided to join my sister here for dinner. I don’t have words to describe how amazing the food is here. We decided to do an early dinner 5:30pm. The restaurant was not too packed which was nice. We sat at the bar which was already set up to order food at. The ambiance was relaxing. The bartender was so friendly. When she brought the menus out she offered up the specials and her recommendations. That was a pleasant surprise. I ordered the chicken with gorgonzola and prosciutto. Crispy breading with a nice flavor ok top. We got as appetizers the brussel sprouts and buffalo caprese. They were both amazing, couldn’t pick a favorite. The lemonchello cake dessert was beyond mind blowing. Even the chef Andre came out to check if the food was ok.

Staff is very courteous. Good selection of wines; food was nicely sauced-not overly or heavy. Chef knows his stuff. Nice bar area and outside dining patio. Prices are very reasonable.

Was greeted with a smile and well taken care of by Rocco and Silvana. As another review said, the restaurant has a “good vibe”… and very good food. Both wine & food recommendations were spot-on (LOVED the pappardelle with lamb ragu, and the owner’s vanilla bread pudding with ice cream was perfect). Met the very hospitable owner, Anna, and very much look forward to visiting again!

Customer service not so good. We were seated near window which was freezing cold and felt cold air blowing in on our backs. Food was nothing to talk about. Food tasted like frozen pre-made meals. Wait time to get food was long. It was not a good experience. For the cost, the food and service should have been 1000 times better. Had better food and service at fast food restaurants. Over priced for sure. Sorry to say but it is what it is. Will never return.

Friendly place with delicious food. So much fun at happy hour. Lots of specials so there is always a good variety. Sundays dinner is served family style which is so nice. Excellent service always.

This place is the best! Beautiful, authentic Italian food. I had the pork braciole with gnocchi which I found interesting as I had only had beef braciole at home. Our server Rocco was top notch as well. I will definately return next time I’m in Ridgefield.

I was just there last night with a friend, our ist time. drinks were perfect. the bar tender and server were busy due to being short staffed. your were great and very apologetic. our order was a bit delayed but well worth it !!. I will return !

Our server was outstanding. I ordered Bisteca Rustica which was a ribeye, but they served me a New York Strip. I thought I remembered wrong and didn’t make an issue as I like strip as well. Checked to discover I was right when I got home – were they trying to fool me?

Luna Rosa had great atmosphere, however their menu is small and might not be appealing to a picky eater as they had interesting food options. But if you do go I would recommend the truffle fries!
