The food is amazing. Prices are more than fair. The atmosphere is festive and fun. A good place for a sit down meal or call ahead for pick up. Service is fast and terrific customer service as well. Order your favorite or try something new on the menu. Still fast friendly serve.

I ate the chicken and beef Fajitas. I was working in the area and someone recommended the place. VERY good and excellent value for your money . The decor makes you feel like you’re on vacation in Guadalajara. It’s clean too.

First time here, absolutely loved the vibe and decor, felt as if we weren’t even in the same area. It was a very snowy night so there wasn’t a big crowd. The employees were all very friendly and service was great. Our food came in a very timely manner and was delicious, I loved it and will return soon!

This was our first time at this location. The decor is very nice, and the staff are nice and helpful. They have plenty of vegetarian options, which we like. The food itself was also tasty, and a decent presentation. The only thing left wanting was the amount of food for the price. Prices were a bit elevated for the amount of food you got. Aside from that, it was a great experience.

We were so excited to try Luna Azteca for the first time! However, we were very disappointed with the service and overall dining experience. Service was slow, our order was incorrect at first but later corrected, drinks never refilled. We sat waiting for the check several minutes after finishing our meal. I wanted to order dessert but we were never offered. Although, we were content with that because all we wanted to do at this point was leave. Normally would not mind these small things. However, the restaurant was empty, we were the only customers. While we were waiting for service/our bill, there was a group of employees (including our server) in a booth directly behind us chatting about uncomfortable topics and too noisy to enjoy a nice dinner. Too busy talking amongst peers to attend to customers in an empty restaurant. We will not be back to Luna Azteca. We will gladly take our business somewhere that will appreciate and value the customer’s time. An evening we were excited to get out and try something new squandered by lack of consideration for customers.

We’ve never had fast service here. The food comes out in a reasonable amount of time but the staff is the opposite of attentive and we end up leaving before we’re ready because it gets annoying trying to get the staff to wait on us. The food is pretty good, but there is no beer on tap, only bottles.
