The food was so good, and the people were very kind and helpful in choosing. Absolutely, I’m willing to visit this restaurant again. Also, after ordering, you can take the food right away. You don’t have to wait for your food to be packed.

So yummy! Good number of vegetarian and fish options. You can taste the love. The woman at the counter was very helpful with what to order, there were so many options I wasn’t sure what to get. Glad I listened to her, the lentils with fish were so good. And the pumpkin eggplant and okra was so delicious! (I’m not a bitter melon fan though so I skipped those bits)

This place is a hidden gem! I can’t believe I am only now hip to this spot . It might not look like much but let me tell you… the food is fantastic, and this coming from someone who usually doesn’t enjoy eating pork (other than bacon).

My first time trying filipino food. It is a great spot for lunch and a good deal. I wish they would put labels on the food at the hot bar , I have no idea what I ordered. The servers are friendly and patient with me as I point to things asking them what it is and if its spicy. I think i’ve tried almost everything and its all been good.

Lumings is the best! Very nice variety! Very friendly staff and very delicious authentic Filipino food! Always fresh and always delicious! We eat here several times a month for a taste of the culture and to bump into friends of my 93 year old uncle. We’ve eaten at several Filipino restaurants in Maryland and Virginia and Lumings is by far the best. If you want a taste of the Philippines go to Lumings!

Great taste at great price! Eat in or take out. Have been here on several occasions and they always have a variety of fish, pork, beef and chicken dishes. Like many places it is important to come early for the freshest selections. Lines do form but staff clears them out quickly. Closed Mondays.
