The food was good just wasn’t enough steak in the fajitas, in my opinion, for the price. I can say my food came in a timely fashion. The staff was nice. The restaurant was really clean and so was the restroom. It was a cute little spot for a bite.

We visited this restaurant because it was near our hotel, and we’re glad we did. The chips and salsa were fresh and delicious. My wife ordered the ground beef chimichanga and was very pleased. I had the shrimp diablo. It was so tasty and a big portion. We also ordered an a la carte chicken flauta. It was also delicious. Our server was Luis. He was attentive without being too present. Excellent service.

We were in an RV & boondocking through Harvest Hosts at the Tallahassee Automobile Museum which is 7 tenths of a mile away from Lulu’s down I-10. Since our car was put away in our trailer and the museum locks the gate at 5/6pm, we decided to walk to Lulu’s for dinner. I’m legally blind and use a guide cane and my husband was my sighted guide on this walk to dinner. There’s no walkway of any sort from the museum to the restaurant, so due to my blindness, I was uncomfortable with the walk on busy I-10. However, it was under 20 minutes & a great way to work up an appetite for yummy Mexican food & work off your dinner afterwards if you’re also boondocking at the museum. Make sure to watch out for gators and fire ant hills when you’re walking in the grass next to the road.

Very good place for a quick bite to eat! Burritos we’re huge but stuffed with shrimp, beef and chicken. Came with a side of rice and refried beans that was good. Plenty to eat. The hard shell tacos were delicious. Service was well done and fast. Bathrooms were clean.

We live relatively close to this restaurant and decided to try it out. I got the lunch combo with an enchilada, beans and rice. They also gave us some chips and salsa. My enchilada was big and flavorful. My wife had a chicken dish that she thoroughly enjoyed. We dined in that day. Since then, we have eaten there numerous times. Some take out and some done in. Lulu’s has definitely made it into our regular rotation of places we eat.

One of the few Mexican places in town I hadn’t tried and was pleasantly surprised. Lunch prices are very reasonable. Salsa tasty. We had the speedy Gonzales and the Platos fajitas. My husband liked his but thought it needed more spice. Not heat but spicy flavor. Mine was good but perhaps the cheese sauce was a little too salty. Overall, pretty happy! Good service too; very fast. Next time I might try the street tacos.

The new ownership has really brought this place back to life! Went with a buddy for supper and ordered the carne asada, it was a very generous portion (I had enough for lunch the next day), service is on point and most importantly the food was absolutely delicious and quite authentic! Don’t come here expecting some taco bell .. You’re getting true cuisine. Very fair pricing and great selection of beer.

Really great experience! Fantastic food, and really great service. I got the Lulu Burrito and it was very unique, with their own spin on the standard burrito, and quite delicious. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.
