Let me just say that the longer you wait to try them the more upset you will be!! We have wanted to try them for months and finally made it at lunch to do so. I will even go as far as saying this is the best food we’ve had eating out in a while! The crawfish fries were delicious and LOADED. The boudin balls were perfect and tasted just like they were straight from Louisiana! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!!

Beyond thankful Lulamae’s landed in Temple. You’re missing out if you haven’t tried this food truck yet. The owner is so charismatic and passionate about his food. If you catch him at the brewery downtown the boudin balls are the perfect pair with a cold beer, just be sure to get them before they sell out!
