If you want food you can taste the love and soul put into it, this is the place! Although they were out of waffles, their chicken and fries lunch was amazing. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the hot sauce was top notch. This is a go to for some delicious authentic southern food, we will be back!

We found this quaint little place on Google. Based on its reviews we decided to give it a try. The restaurant is a family owned and run establishment and everything here is made from scratch so there is a little wait… but food was fresh, tasty and served with a smile. The atmosphere was a little sparse but the owner was so sweet and made conversation with us and we just loved it!

This place was just amazing! My partner and I hadn’t known that they were mainly dine in and take out but the owners didn’t mind. We ordered there and watched in awe as our food was made within minutes for us. The owners were such kind souls and we were so glad to spend our morning with them. The chicken and waffles were so good my partner has been begging to go back ever since ! See them in the morning!!

First and foremost, their customer service was great. I ordered the Baked Chicken, white rice, butter beans, dressing, and yams. Oh my goodness! It was devoured in minutes and I forgot to take a picture before hand. Lulu Mae’s has a new customer for sure.
