Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant, I’m a server and I’ve never seen anything like this. My family and I waited 10 mins to be sat at a table. Finally sat down, waited another 10-15 mins to get our drinks. Took another 10-15 for our order. Waited almost a whole hour for our “food” to come. Which we never got, we ended up leaving because we never got our appetizers or salads. Our waitress completely forgot about us. The manager/owner didn’t care what so ever. It was just a ridiculous experience overall

Nice atmosphere at this unique restaurant. Food portions are a great value too. Only negative was the service staff seemed preoccupied and enjoying side conversations with people in the bar area. Not checking in on us. Had to seek out our waiter to pay the bill.

This place was terrible from start to finish. First it was takeout after working a hard day so my wife and I didn’t have to venture out and relax at home watching a movie while we ate. So it started with a phone order that the girl on the phone couldn’t even tell me anything I wanted to know. Finally after 10 minutes our order was finally in. After picking up the most dried out “med rare” burger I’ve ever seen and noticing our mussels were douched in pizza sauce, we realized that this is the worst 100$ I’ve ever ordered. This would be the worst 20 dinner i have ever ordered. I don’t feel you should take anyone here to eat. Will not be eating here ever again.

Food is pretty good with real fair prices BUT the service was extremely slow. It took our server at least 20 minutes to finally take our dinner order. She came by and slapped a basket of garlic bread on our table about 18 minutes after waiting. They (more than 1 server, ours included) were so consumed with getting dessert to a party of 20 that others weren’t a priority. Then I looked around and noticed a family that was seated after us was already eating. And were finished eating way before we even got our food. Finally after waiting another 30+ minutes our dinner was served. We were seated for well over an hour before getting our food. I was seriously ready to get up and leave. So if it wasn’t for our server and her lack of prompt service this place would have received 5 stars!
