We went out to Luigi’s Pizza Palace II I find their pizza to be okay. I find the service to be okay. Like any place I go I get to meet the patrons that eat or drink at the establishments. And the conversations are usually pretty good. I miss before the highway went in the old Luigi’s Pizza where the cheese was fantastic and plentiful on the pizza that the pizzas were made. Phenomenally good. I will go back again, good place to eat.

Excellent food and service. DO try the homemade Alfredo sauce on your pizza, it is out of this world! Service is personable and fast. Appetizers were good too, have to be freshly made like the Alfredo sauce because they tasted so good. Did not order the appetizer platter but another table did and it is huge lol. Highly recommend, Excellent value for they money.

They changed the batter on the fish and it’s been terrible and greasy from the change. Went from my favorite spot with redwood to never going back. The fries also used to be great, but now they’re floppy and greasy to the point you get sick.

Multiple wrong orders and attitude. 1st time: My husband and I ordered seafood alfredo without clams because I am allergic. We went to pick it up, got home and it was loaded with clams. Called and was asked what my symptoms were to clams. What?!! They “remade” our to go order and both my husband and I got really sick for two days. It took awhile for us to want to go back needless to say. Well, last night we did. Called in 2 orders of Seafood Alfredo, no clams for pick up. Got our food, went into the car and checked it to make sure it was correct. Nope, they gave us Seafood Medley, which is a oil/buttery mix. I went back in and the hostess apologized and brought it back to the cook who said he misread the order. She came back and told us he was fixing it and it would be about two minutes. (this already concerns me as to how you can make two fresh orders in two minutes?)…but, She comes back and I can see there is alfredo sauce, but it looked different. We open it up to check it and basically they added a slab of alfredo to the medley and microwaved it. The calamari was grey and rubbery, the shrimp were now shrunk and hard. We asked for the manager and told her what was going on. She told me they remade it fresh. I responded there was no way you can make a fresh batch in two minutes. I have made my own. I also can tell when something is fresh verses microwaved. I said you can see the oily butter sauce from the medley. She rolled her eyes at us and argued that it was fresh. My husband asked her to refund the meals and she continued over talking us with an attitude. My husband is a very patient man and we both work in customer service, but her attitude pushed us/him to tell her that she was very unprofessional. He asked for the owners email. She was snotty and said he doesn’t have one. Really? This manager was horrible and a bad reflection to this business. The kitchen staff were screwing around the whole time we were dealing with this issue. There were 5 people sitting at the bar and two seperate couples at tables in the dining area, so it wasn’t like they were swamped with orders. Ironically, another couple were upset and complaining about their food being wrong. Back to the manager, she said our card was refunded. My husband ask for the receipt and she snaps, I refunded it. You can check you bank account and see that it was refunded tomorrow and says “Anything else?!!” We told her no and that we would not be coming back. She rolled her eyes and with attitude walked away. Unbelievable! Rude! Unprofessional! Won’t Return! EVER!
