Ate half the pizza before I remembered to take a picture lol. Ordered the chicken floretine pizza with spinach, chicken, tomatoes, and real mozzarella cheese. It was phenomenal. Absolutely loved it. Real, fresh ingredients, super quick delivery, side note the delivery driver was super nice, everything about it was perfect. I order from Luigi’s often, for lunch and dinner and they never fail. 🙂

We ordered at 5:55 and was told it would arrive at 7:11. I called at 7:22 and was told “I don’t know man, I don’t see your address. Let me get the manager…” The manager answered and said “yeah we have a 2 and 1/2 wait window for deliveries. (WHAT!!) I show your delivery driver has been on route for awhile so it should be soon.” We did not get out pizza until 7:50. Pizza was cold and cheese sticks cold. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog.

Every time I have ordered from this location pizza has taken over two hours to get to my home. Mind you, I don’t order pizzas on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays solely to account for business and I KNOW my order won’t get here on time. But the last two times I have ordered have been on a Tuesday and today, Wednesday and it has been over two hours. I placed my order at 6:02 pm, I still have not received my order and it is 8:13. We have tried calling but I have been on hold for nearly 5 minutes now and I am getting pretty fed up. It would be nice to at least get a PARTIAL refund.

I had a bland experience today. This is a pretty ugly pizza. It wasn’t cut thru all the way. It just looks like the employees don’t care about service. The dough that was prepared on the racks was looking pretty crusty too. I’ll stick to papa johns from now on. Who puts two cuts straight down the middle?? I get it we are over worked and “under paid.” Good work ethic is hard to find today.

This is the only place that will deliver to my home besides woodys and we all know that woodys is nasty. But apparently so is Luigi’s. Over the past 7 years it has taken anywhere between an hour 30 to 2 hours to get a pizza. Even if you click on the “well done” your pizza still comes under cooked. Do you want double toppings? Don’t pay for it because you won’t get it. It’s currently been 1 hour and 47 minutes since I ordered and my order said it would be here 41 minutes ago. I thought that if I left a $20 tip they would be more inclined to get it here more quickly but I was wrong. I’ll just order from Pizza Hut and go pick it up. Higher quality of pizza

I usually order $100+ worth of pizzas from here but this last order was very disappointing. I ordered at 1pm and did not receive my order until after 4pm. I called and spoke with them and they didn’t even have my order ready until I called. I spoke with the manager and she didn’t have any resolution but to call back once my order was delivered to be given a compensation of a cookie. She assured me that my order would be hot, which it wasn’t. It was warm if that and so I called back and she replaced 1 out of 5 pizzas and breadsticks. This was very disappointing, especially since I order often and my orders are usually $85-$100+. The customer service from the team and the manager was horrible. I could hear them talking about how they forgot my order in the background. The manager did very little to make up for it. I had to ask to be compensated. She stated that after my order was put in, it got busy which isn’t my fault. When I ordered she said it’ll would take 60 minutes which was fine but over 3 hours to get my order when I live less than 10 miles away is ridiculous.

The pizza was good. However I had one that looked like it was pressed against something while it baked. Again, it was still edible and good. No one is perfect. Their delivery service did take almost 2 hours to get to my house but at least I got my food.

Would not order here again. Took about an hour and a half to receive 2 large pizzas($33 total) when the pizza arrived it was cold, like had to be re cooked cold. The pizza was also not cut all the way though. So not only did i have to re cook it i had to re cut it. For 33 bucks i could have ran down to Publix bought all the Ingredients went home and made the pizza from scratch and still ate it before they got it to me. I only live 3 miles from the store, not sure what the hold up was but i will not be ordering from this place again..

Last night I ordered pasta and meatballs. Never again! It took almost 2 hours to get here, then I open it and it looks like someone just threw it together. The noodles were plain with barely any sauce on the meatballs. I would have called back but what’s the point? It took 2 hours to get my first order, I could only imagine how long it would take for the second.
