The restaurant is clean and very organized. It was not crowded during my lunch hour. Order shrimp scampi it was good very hot and freshly made. The fresh bread with the dipping garlic oil was delicious. Great atmosphere, Love the restaurant !

I loved it. My husband didn’t enjoy his meatball sub, but everything else was delicious. A little pricey but most Italian food is. We had chicken parm, chicken Alfredo, kids lasagna, and the meatball sub. The bread and butter was awesome!! I will be going back

We ate here while in Waco for the night. It was right next to our hotel. The bread was different from any other Italian restaurant we had been to. It was warm and had sprinkles of garlic on top and not a breadstick. My husband Lasagna and I had Shrimp Diavolo. We both really enjoyed both dishes. I had about 8 jumbo shrimp in my Diavolo. I couldn’t eat all my food and took it home and it still tasted good the next day.

We gave this place a few weeks to be open before we tried it out. It’s a brand new building so everything is nice, good tables, clean, and most important the restrooms were clean and maintained. Service was simple. Our waitress was nice, fast, attentive professional nicely dressed. The menu seemed simple. Both meal selections were good. The meat sauce was thick, tomato paste and the Lobster Ravioli, the Lobster should have been in the Ravioli and not in the sauce. The best takeaway, which I failed to snap a shot of, was the Italian beer, Peroni Nastro Azzaro.

Wonderful family owned restaurant! The food was outstanding. Service could not have been better. Generous pour on the wine. Nice lighting and casual, relaxed atmosphere. Even very reasonable prices. I’m mad at myself for just now trying it. Definitely my new favorite. Did I say the food is absolutely delicious?

We ordered Shrimp Scampi, Pasta Sampler, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and (not pictured) an order of calamari as our appetizer with fresh bread. Everything was absolutely delicious, we were quickly seated, and had great service. We will definitely be back and I would HIGHLY recommend!

I have high expectations when it comes to Italian cuisine. Unfortunately, Luigi’s didn’t make the cut. We are from out of town.. My extended family and I decided to go here as it was close to our hotel. The flavors could have been better. The best thing was the fresh garlic parm bread. The Pasta Sampler looked amazing but was severely lacking in flavors. My wife had the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. She rated it as a 4/10.

Food is always very good. Atmosphere is pretty standard for an Italian restaurant. Service is poor to below average but is to be expected in the current workplace environment. I suggested to Tony (the owner) that he not allow cell phone use by employees while they’re working. His reply was “when I tried that they quit”. Welcome to the new norm.
