We were in the mood for pizza and Luigi’s didn’t disappoint. We split a 12” supreme and our daughter had the pasta combo. The pasta combo was all in one baked dish and was wonderful. Our pizza was fresh and baked perfectly. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The exterior might give you pause as it looks like an old Dairy Queen, but open the doors to wonderful Italian food.

Absolutely Wonderful!! So lucky to find some great places like this when I travel. I could tell by the convos around me that it was lots of regulars. The townies really love this place and make it a weekly affair. And if I lived here I would too. Awesome homemade menu items, and seemed to be made to order. I had the hardest time choosing because the every item sounded amazing. From start to finish, every bite was great. The prices were fantastic and I hope to pass through North Platte again, just so I can try something else from this menu.

I placed a pick-up order of veal piccata and tiramisu before my trip to Ogallala for work. They both were wonderful! My favorite Italian restaurant in Omaha closed and this was very comparable! The staff were SO helpful and fun! They made sure I was taken care of when I got there, had everything I wanted and needed for my to go order, and even held onto my receipt I forgot until the next day on my way back through. I will definitely be back!

The food was delicious with the homemade rolls and house salad dressing with the portions and price being very agreeable. Even after reheating our leftovers a couple of days later, the food was still delicious. It was also a pleasant surprise to find out they did have gluten free penne pasta as an option (it’s not on the menu so just ask) which I appreciated as being gluten intolerant. It was short staffed but very friendly and looked like they were hiring a couple of new people while we were there. Great little Italian restaurant!

My waiter rushed us to order and then interrupted me during my order to speak to my husband. The garlic bread with marinara sauce were bland and boring. The chicken Alfredo was a disappointment. The chicken was over cooked, dry and chewy. The noodles were fine but the sauce had no flavor to it. I struggled to eat the dish. The best way to describe the sauce is a teaspoon of country gravy in a gallon of water. Some of the items appear to have never been cleaned. I will never return.
