The service was phenomenal. Nicest guy I have ever met. Really wanted to like this place just to support the owner, but the food was not at all what I expected. The general tsos was very soggy and the flavor was way off. Not spicy at all just very salty and gravy like. The pork fried rice also was a little mushy and the pork was in long pieces on the side instead of mixed in. My bf ordered the chicken and broccoli and didn’t like it either, but still ate it. Unfortunately I could only eat a couple bites of mine before throwing the entire dinner away. Maybe other meals would be better here, but I unfortunately won’t be trying them again.

Shrimp and broccoli was excellent. Most places will give you five or six shrimp. There were at least 10 with my meal fried rice and eggroll were also very good.

Went to Luen Hop today for the first time. It’s right next to Shoprite. Larry was the absolute BEST!!!! I’d give him 10 stars if I could! He went over some options on the menu with me because I wanted spicy veggies, then I asked about rice noodles and he recommended the Singapore Sling which I got with shrimp and veggies no chicken or pork which it usually comes with in addition to the shrimp. I asked for spicy and when I came back to get it I opened it and had some because I was very hungry. Wow, it was soooooo delicious!! Its curry rice noodles with ginger bits throughout and it was so good! The shrimp were very big! I can’t have gluten anymore which I found out just before going for lunch and Larry said he has a lot of gluten free customers and he will make the brown sauce special, gluten free if you tell him before hand. He said he also has customers who he cleans the utensils and pans out for just before making their food because they are very sensitive to gluten! What a great guy!! He is super nice, positive, and willing to help you with any special food accommodations! I highly recommend you go see Larry and he will take great care of you !!!

Food was good, the guy was so sincere and very pleasant. The inside was really clean floor was mopped. I totally can understand that they try their hardest and best to make sure things are organized after the past few years due to a pandemic.

First of all the owner is the nicest man I think I have ever met. He’s so kind and really cares about his customers. I have had 4 different dishes from this establishment and was not disappointed at all. The shrimp mei fun is out of this world!!! And when he makes fried rice your pork, beef, chicken etc are huge pieces not tiny ones which is great. It’s a little pricey but food costs are going up everywhere. But you get what you pay for here definitely.

Chicken nuggets in flavorless sauce, grizzly beef, overcooked rice. Not a single item had any flavor whatsoever.

Not worth the $8 I spent, and NO KETCHUP?!

We threw out the menu because we will never order from this place again. It’s dog food. Vegetables aren’t cooked properly, general Tso’s was not even close to what we were expecting. And, they watered down the spicy mustard. Really?

There are a lot of fast food Chinese places around everywhere. But this place is pretty special food wise. I ordered the triple combo which is boneless spare rib/chicken finger/teriyaki beef w/ pork fried rice and egg roll all in one. Its around $15.50, not too bad for the amount of food you get! the spare ribs was like eating candy, the beef was very tender and the chicken had a great batter on them. For what appears to be a hole-in-a-wall place, some great food comes out of it! Will defiantly hit it up again for a lunch break. #2 Chinese place on my list!

Went to Luen Hop for the first time yesterday. The owner is extremely curtious, and very nice to converse with. I ordered the Pepper steak combination and was excellent!!!! It tasted much fresher than a great deal of other places I have been to. The pieces of steak, peppers and onions were quite larger and rice was awesome. Thank you very much!!!!
