Not the place if you’re looking for traditional pho. Pho is served in to-go containers which is okay but does not leave enough space for broth and hard to justify price. Noodles were also overcooked and falling apart. Broth is not the most flavorful. Lots of brisket but was on the verge of dry, very thick, and had a smoky flavor that paired strangely with the pho. Tables do not have sauces like Sriracha, oyster/hoisin, or chili. Nice outdoor dining area though.

I just had the best Banh Mi I’ve ever had. In my opinion you can’t beat it when it has fresh local bread with smoked brisket. A solid meal that doesn’t leave you feel too full or still wanting more. It’s just right. They have outdoor and indoor seating, quick delivery, competent staff who manage the place. I recommend this place on my first experience. Lucy’s has a good vegan menu and many other options such as noodle soup, summer roles, drinks and more. Definitely check this place out.

Terrible service. I ordered a vegan banh mi and got a chicken (not vegan) one. I called and was asked to send a picture. Then was told a new one would be delivered and I’d be refunded. Neither happened. I vomited for 20 minutes after eating that chicken since I’ve not eaten meat in decades. I also didn’t get any lunch since this took up my whole lunch break. I called back again to see what happen to the new banh mi delivery and the person who answered the phone wasn’t helpful at all and refused to let me speak with a manager. Needless to say, I didn’t get my food and nothing was resolved. Don’t bother ordering from here unless you don’t mind a major hassle and a lack of accountability.

The food is way too plain and does not taste like a Vietnamese meal. Perhaps that is the goal so if you are looking for a Vietnamese meal you will get a toned down version here. The place is nonetheless very popular. So a lot of people like it which is great

I’ve eaten here multiple times and the food is great, every time. They use thick beef brisket in their pho which is unusual but welcomed. Their banh mi is a good size and the bread is so crunchy!

Absolutely not. We were denied the right to eat here because we were with a service dog. The person at the front sold us food. Then when served our food said we cannot eat inside with a dog. We told him this is a service dog. And then he asked for paperwork. Business’ cannot require nor request paperwork however we confirmed a second time that this is a service dog who also flies on planes and that you as a business cannot require paperwork.

Great service and nice workers to talk to. The vegan ginger chick’n pho was surprisingly tasty, it had a very very convincing texture. The broth was slightly lacking but I believe it was also vegan, so it’s decent in that case. The lemongrass chicken was just cooked within the soup, it would be much tastier if it was grilled

Wow! Nice little spot in Brooklyn that I recommend any pho lover try! Their broth is vegan but soooo well flavored. With the added hoisin and chili paste it becomes extremely well balanced. I tried the smoked brisket pho and it was absolutely divine! Such tender and succulent brisket with the thin pho noodles and accoutrements is a must have in BK. Staff were very friendly as well and went the extra mile to help us package our food to go because we couldn’t finish our bowls at the restaurant.
