Customer Service is in need of assistance 3 out of 10. No hello when enter just a Stare. I ordered two of the platters with homefries one with pork bacon and one with turkey bacon. The food lacks flavor and the potatoes are dry. This was my first time trying this place based on previous reviews but there wouldn’t be a second attempt.

My husband and I needed to make a quick decision about where to eat and we REALLY like breakfast food. We were very “lucky” to have found Lucky’s Grille and we were able to order food just before they closed! The only downside is that we almost could not pay for our food (that was already made) because of the cashier’s concern on customers not wearing masks. I do understand the concern due to the impact of the pandemic but I do not think turning away a customer when their food is already made and standing at the door, may not be the best solution. The chef was kind enough to let us pay for our food and it was delicious! We will remember to bring our masks next time but I also recommend the staff implement some sort of curbside service for customers. Thank you again for the hospitality!

Spent $15 for a sub fries and drink. Sub barely had any meat in it. The 20 fries (maybe 25) i got were overcooked and not edible. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. No soap. Urine all over the floor. Front door mat sticks to your feet as you walk in. I’m not sure how this place doesn’t get shut down by the health department. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE BEWARE!

Food was delicious. The omlette I got was a bit greasy, but I switched it to a regular plate and it was ok after that. Pricing is reasonable compared to the portion size they give you. Staff always seems very friendly. Would definitely eat here again.

Satisfied my urge for French toast but that’s it. Everything else needed some type of seasoning, at least basic salt/pepper. Grits were bland, eggs were bland, French toast was good.

I was really surprised at how good my food was. So far I’ve tried their French toast, home fries, sausage patties, veggie omelet, salmon cakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, and grits. All of these tasted amazingly great, minus the grits. I think it’s hard for businesses to keep grits hot without burning them, making them soupy, or them clumping up. I have the recipe though! I’ll be back to try the pancakes and a few other items very soon. Thanks Sandra for your great customer service!

I’ve been going to this restaurant since I was a child ! The food never changed , it is always absolutely delicious! The French toast platter are me and my families favorite for Sunday breakfast! The owner is always smiling and inviting & the staff are always helpful . Don’t hesitate to give this place a try you will not be disappointed! Thank you Lucky for providing quality food & delicious food for generations & generations to come !! My only request is pleaseeee provide indoor dining again .
