This place is a breath of fresh air compared to the hum drum Portland area bars. It’s like the pre COVID days, Friday night karaoke is absolutely amazing and wall to wall packed with fun loving, participating customers! This is the model that bars used to follow, and need to do so again in order to get people back in. You’re allowed to stay open until 2:30am. But laziness and complacency have become the new normal. Lucky’s is what a bar should be.

What a fabulous place on the lake! And the service to go is spot on! Always 15 min from Go and you have your order in hand. AND ITS LATE JULY! Family friendly, 5 star. Friendly staff, 5 star, Food, 5 star Timely service 5 star. *(Ptsss, and they have ice cream cones! 5million star )

Six of us all enjoyed our meals here after a long day of packing, traveling and unpacking. We were served quickly. The service was great, the owner chatted with us too, and most of us just had to have ice cream to top of our meals.

Not bad for a lunch or dinner while you’re at the campground. Great view of the lake while you eat. Cheese curds we’re really good and liked the ice cream selection. The rest of the food was standard fried diner food, nothing stood out to me.

New owners, great service! I had the chicken basket and it was excellent! The fries they have now are awesome! Best Bloody Mary I’ve ever had! Wonder where they got the recipe? And the IPA was chilled and poured to perfection!

New owners as of April 2022 Ryan and Heather are nice, the food was all good and so is the view. The only thing is whoever made my pizza this time needed to make sure there was more cheese covered to the edge of the pizza. Sweet potatoes with the honey mustard dressing was so good. I shouldn’t have ate them all though. haha…Icecream is very popular, but spendy.

I revised my review to a 2.5 to 3 star. When the new owner took over last year, we were impressed with the quality of food served and rated it a 4 star. The staff has always been great. The last few times we’ve been there, the food has not been as good. The owner is a very good cook but he doesn’t appear to be there. So it appears someone else is doing the cooking. We will try again but maybe not for awhile.
