My chicken was fried after ordering so be prepared to wait. The sealed paper box the chicken was packed in didn’t let stream out so the fried chicken was slightly soggy when we ate it 10 minutes later.

Lucky 7 Deli is one of the best local Deli stores. Now they have added Cigar and they were on a deal. I found it very convenient to buy food, drinks, snacks and now they have CIGARS. It’s very welcoming and customer service is very nice.

I ordered via grub hub, a bacon, egg and cheese. I received a roll, which is not what I wanted. I called them and they said that they ran out of all bagel. Seriously?! I told the guy why didn’t you call me to see if I wanted to continue with a order, which was 48.00 for two bacon, egg and cheese on bagel, 1 order of home fries, and a bottle of water. I would not have spent this money for a bacon, egg and cheese on a roll. He lied the whole time, first stating I didn’t order a bagel, which is clearly on the order, than he said he didn’t have my number to call me to tell me they had no bagel, which again was clearly on the order. He also didn’t provide any utensils to eat the home fries and he said I didn’t ask for it when I clearly checked off the box asking for it. I’m so tired of business charging so much for their services, food, etc and getting away with not providing what we paid for!!!

It’s been a while since I last visited this lucky 7 probably before Covid first hit. After walking in I was greeted by the clerk which was nice and I noticed the store itself was under stocked and almost all the drink machines weren’t working. I ordered a half American hoagie and I believe it came out to $8. I waited out front of the deli counter for a few minutes and noticed there wasn’t anybody there. I thought oh well if it comes to it I’ll ask the clerk what’s going on with it. Right after I had that thought someone walked out from the back and asked if I had an order and I said yeah for an American hoagie. They washed their hands right away and got right to making my sandwich and it was done in a minute. The size in my opinion is probably a normal persons whole size so for the price it was very good. The hoagie itself was good nothing crazy, but I definitely enjoyed it. It was very sad to see this place look like it had no life when before Covid when I used to go here all the shelves were stocked and I’m pretty sure there was more workers too. Nonetheless I definitely recommend giving this place a shot especially since the pricing is always great.

I previously had left a much better review but I need to change it due to a bad experience I had there. I picked up our food order. It was a couple breakfast platters. I was handed the bag and was careful not to tip it over and only carried it the same way the bag was handed to me. I got the food home and found that my breakfast had been put in the bag on edge. The eggs were broken and the yoke was running out of the container. I was able to salvage it. I took this photo to show them on my next visit so they would know to be more careful. Instead of an apology they argued that I tipped it over. He was essentially calling me a liar. The fact that they mis-packaged my meal was a minor issue. The rude way they refused to accept responsibility I won’t forgive. I have only been back there when my roommate insists. In those cases I only buy the one meal. I will never eat their food again. They were rude and too stupid to apologize. With any luck their will be another change of ownership soon. Don’t say you were not warned. P.S. Their food isn’t bad.
