I was so pleased to see Thai food in St Joseph, I had to try it. Keep in mind it is a food truck so it may move around, it would be best to call and see where they are for the day but in my experience they stay close to the Visitor Center. I thought the food was very good and the service was good, fast and pleasant. The down side is the second time I went I was told there was no internet so I could not use my GPay account. I went back the next day and then was told the wok is not working. I went back today and they were closed up with no sign during normal business hours. I wish them the best but the wrinkles need to get ironed out. I hope your experience is better than mine. EDIT: I am moving this from two stars to four stars since it appears they have the wrinkles ironed out and they are also communicating availability on their Facebook page. I went to the food truck today and it was open when they said it would be.

The food is incredibly delicious. Be prepared to spend about $16/person unless you share. We spent almost $80 for my fam of 4 (four entrees, pot stickers, and the tip), and I had a touch of sticker shock. The menu (I added photos) shows slightly lower prices than what I feel we paid, but our receipt wasn’t itemized so I’m not sure what happened there. But the staff is very friendly and the food is fantastic. I’m sure we’ll be back, even if we end up ordering a bit less.

I had the Chicken Panang Curry which was absolutely delicious. My husband had the Thai basil and fried egg with chicken which he enjoyed. Sometimes the wait is long, but the taste of the food is definitely worth it! I will be back again and again.

I have tried for a couple weeks to visit their truck and try out their food. It looks delicious, I see Facebook reviews saying how wonderful it is. Everything I have looked up and their truck says they open at 1130. I haven’t seen them open at 1130 yet. On the 4th of July they had a sig saying 1230, I came back at 1 and waited until 130 and they were still working to get open. I left. This has been my experience everytime I have tried to grab a bite, they are late to open or just not open at all. They have FB an IG but no updates have been posted on either.

Food was delicious. Got the Pad Kee Mao and Rangoons. Vegetables were fresh. Wait was long but they were doing pretty well based on the size of the kitchen.

Called and asked if they were open today. The person on the phone said yes and gave me their location. Drove there and no one was there. I so want there to be a Thai option in St. Joe, do this was disappointing.
