This wonderful restaurant was amazing for me and my daughter! At brunch, my daughter got the chocolate chip pancakes, while I got the California burger. The service was outstanding too. It was a little bit hard to find parking, but the great food made up for the small trouble all the way. My daughter and I will be back and we are thinking about bringing Abuela too next time!

I was almost crying with joy to find this place as eclectic and delicious as the restaurant I fell in love with living in Evanston almost 30 years ago (1994-96). Every item was carefully thought-out and prepared and tasted fabulous. The spicy pumpkin soup is heavenly! And the side of fruit with ginger dressing is a wonderful sweet option!

I love breakfast .during our visit to the hospital in evanston we came across this gem of a restaurant . The lucky platter we were greated by our server Creighton. Who was very pleasant. Knowledgeable friendly helpful . We had the French toast omlete and potatoes. My wife had eggs bacon and pancakes. Everything was delicious . I will be Here again soon

The food was amazing! I ordered the Louisiana Crab Cakes. The cakes were moist and flaked easily, the accompanying coleslaw was tangy and well-seasoned, and the cornbread (hiding under the crab cakes) was exquisite! Perfect dinner for a self-care evening.

Cute little place to stop by and eat. The servers are friendly. Food was okay. We order the poboy, also the Benedict on cornbread with ham. The cornbread is bake in shop so it tasted amazing, eggs n ham were alright not very flavorful. Everything else was delicious. If you want a quick bite definitely give it a try.

Beautiful day to sit outside. Menu was extensive. I loved The Chopped salad. Got a side of the Gingered Fruit. It was the most unique one I had ever had. It was so tasty. You must try it. I’m going to try to duplicate it to serve at home. I will return next time I’m in town.
