Going through a difficult time, had to stay in local hotel, got settled with my small kid and pup, and we needed food – got this menu at the front desk and I called around 8:20pm to order a small pizza and one Lg sub for delivery to take one iota of stress of myself.. Well, my mistake. An HOUR and 20 mins later and it still wasn’t delivered!! I had called around the 40 minute mark to see how much longer, and i was told “it’s taking a while cause I’m 20 mins away.” What? I googled it and my location was only 6mins away – so I called him out on that. He then said “Ok, 20 – 30 more minutes!” I asked if they could get it to my room in 15 minutes (or I would have gone to get it myself) cause my kid needed to eat and it’s now beyond a ridiculous amount of time to wait for just 2 simple items. He said “yes – 15mins it’ll be at my door.”However, 15 minutes went by, and then he called to say the food was done and I could pick up if I wanted!!! or did I want it delivered still? After making my daughter and I wait nearly an HOUR and 30 minutes, this joker calls me to say the food was done and did I want to come pick it up?!?! Lmao I told him to shove the food and I was headed to get food somewhere else.. which I did within 10mins. I Will NEVER. Ever. Ever. Ever. Use or recommend this SHAME of a place to anyone!!!!!

The other place I was planning on visiting was closed. Looks like I was the one that got lucky though. Ordered the Vegetarian Delight and added Chicken. The vegetables are crunchy and slightly cooked. Chicken was grilled instead of the breaded I get everywhere else, bonus. Crust is thin and crispy. Really great pizza. As you can see I couldn’t wait to get into it. This is definitely a new favorite spot. Will most definitely be returning and trying some other things as well.

Prices went up for inflation and never come back down. One of my favorite places for pizza and salads but don’t visit there much anymore.

Excellent food!!! It is a Brazilian based pizza restaurant. I had had the southern burger it came with: French fries on the side and the burger came with 1 burger pattie BIG seeded bun, BBQ sauce, cheese, bacon and inion rings. I definitely recommend for the price and location.

First time ordering and so glad I did! Food is delicious. Boneless Buffalo tenders were my favorite. Good burgers and pizza . Only criticism is I with the burgers came with lettuce and tomato:)

The service is horrid there. I ordered a simple small steak and cheese and was told it would be 15-20 min. I arrived 25 minutes later, waited about 8 min when I got there, and then they took my money without even starting my order! Then gave me an attitude when I asked for a refund after being told to wait 15 more minutes. I’m sorry but a hour for a small steak and cheese is crazy Outback Steakhouse isn’t even that long. The chef is a jerk too. Wouldn’t be surprised if I get spit in my sandwich next time. Definitely lost a customer in me and i would advise anyone to steer clear from this place nothing but a headache. Don’t get mad at a customer you made a beyond false promise to.

Customer service here is terrible. I continually spend my money here out of convenience (location) not because the foods good, but today is the last day for that. The staff is disrespectful and rude. I went today, I asked a simple question about my order when I arrived and I was met with smart remarks and attitude. If you wanna go somewhere where they appreciate your business don’t go to Lucy Pizza!!!!
