HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We own the dance center next doors. I would recommend their food to ALL our students and sent them business for over 4yrs!! Tonight for the 1st time in 5yrs we asked them to make a correction in the food order. We ordered steamed vegetables dumplings! They understood steamed vegetables. Even if our student said the wrong thing, we have had such a long standing customer loyalty to this place and NEVER asked for an order correction. We kindly explained this to them and they said too bad. They refused to correct the order they messed up and demanded that we pay for a new order. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! NONE of our students will ever go back to them. Absolutely disgusting! As a local small business to another, this is no way to operate or treat your long term loyal clients.

The service is very fast. Sing’s Kitchen moved to Lucky Kitchen. I will be visiting them more often. They have the best food in town. I love the chicken wings the best because they make it crisp. The employees there are very nice. I have never asked them to correct my food once. I have been ordering from them for 2 years.

Delivery is very fast. The driver is pleasant. The food is so good!! It comes to you still crisy.the fried foods r very good because their oil tastes fresh and clean. I think the phone person can be rude and doesn’t know how to make a comment on line.

If I can give this restaurant a zero star, I would. Every restaurant is trying to make more money giving the consumer less. You get what you give. The rice was hard as hell! The shrimp was not clean and of course the ratio from shrimp to rice was not even close. Too much rice and not enough shrimp. Also I ordered a shrimp roll but it should’ve been a spring roll. Only 2 tiny shrimp in the roll. The quality sucked and this restaurant profited by not spending any money on ingredients or putting any effort on pleasing the consumer. I hope everyone reads this and will never order from this restaurant ever again!

If u live close enough to pick up, pick up food rather than get delivery. Their driver forgets to grab your drinks and expects you to walk up to the car window to get your food. The food however is good for quick Chinese food and fairly priced.

My order took over an hour to deliver when all I ordered was a large golden fingers and a small chicken with green beans. My food was delivered in 2 different bags, a paper and plastic bag, the paper one stapled at the top and put inside the plastic one. The paper bag, was put into the other bag, practically upside down. I had to pull the paper bag out of the plastic bag to open it. I ripped the paper bag by accident because it was wet from my food. Surprisingly, it was wet from the condensation from my golden fingers; not my chicken and string beans. You would think I’m over exaggerating about how wet the top of the bag is, but the golden fingers were completely dry and tasted horrible. Almost all the condensation came out of the container from the sides, and or the pen holes that were put on top.

Post-merger with Sing. I’d give three and a half if I could; it’s the, “It’s okay, I’d order from here again,” kind of 3, not the, “I can’t quite say it was as bad as a 2,” kind of 3. Not very flavorful, and the “fried rice” is that weird yellow pilaf you always seem to get in West Haven. Order from New Haven or Orange if you want real fried rice. Also skip the fried scallops. They came out of the freezer like that.
