The menu isn’t bad, the tables are ALWAYS dirty. I always have to clean my table. The atmosphere is the surrounding noise of the casino. There is no service other than your order being taken. You pick up your food, end of service.

I have never had a bad meal. They have a pager system because the food is made fresh. People who complain about the wait time compared it to fast food because you stand in line and place your order at the register. If you were seated at a table with wait staff it would take that long. If you get it yo ho you can sit outside and watch the races

Ordered from here both take out and dine in for years. Never had reason to complain. Today we ordered a chicken quesadilla that always included chicken that was cut in cubes, tomato and cheese. Today’s quesadilla included a shredded meat, I think it was meat, almost no tomatoes and the quesadilla was soggy. Included with this quesadilla was what looked and smelled like a pickled relish, replacing the red salsa with a green mystery item. Yum. Props for not screwing up the included sour cream. Item number two was a grilled cheese sandwich on white bread with American cheese, including bacon and tomatoes. The bacon and tomatoes were omitted from this item. Shortage of tomatoes? Out of bacon? Out of the $2.00 paid for that add on. The Saratoga chips and sweet potato waffle fries were okay. Easy to not screw those up. I will bring this to the attention of this establishment. Very disappointed.

Horrible food, ordered chicken tenders and fries and the special wich was an opened faced ribeye sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. Everything was horrible chicken tenders had no meat all batter, mashed potatoes were worse than instant mashed potatoes. The ribeye sandwich was over cooked. Also the place was disgusting. I haven’t been there in 3 years. I really miss the buffet, there is not a good place to eat in the racino. Perhaps Rivers casino is better. I’ll let you know when I go to Rivers casino. Unfortunately the racino has lost another customer.

If you can go elsewhere I recommend doing so. You order at the counter and get a buzzer. Once the buzzer goes off you go get the food. The food is subpar hospital food. You will be disappointed unless you are starving. Sticky tables and plastic silverware.

This establishment is filled with racist individuals. I would not recommend this restaurant if it were the last restaurant on earth. Here, employees, or people of color in particular are humiliated, discriminated against, and harassed at work. It is evident racism is not a thing of the past, DONT GO HERE! They are too busy harassing the workers who are preparing your food so this explains why their food is so terrible!!

Been here twice so far, lived both times, the food was excellent and I was full both times! I wish all the customers would clean after themselves as I saw used tray and plates left at potential seating areas, guess people dont notice that theres no bussers!
