Food is ok but could be better great boneless ribs the pork fried rice barely has anything in it the general gau’s chicken is mediocre it reminds me of Tyson boneless chicken tossed in sweet and sour sauce also I think the extra container that holds the general gau is unnecessary I think the general gau should just lay on top of the rice whenever I want good ribs I order here whenever I want good general gau I order from sunrise house. That being said they’re not that good with addresses I order here all the time and my food was still sent to canton instead of Stoughton I’m literally down the street but ok food for the price.

House special fried rice… paid $13 for it. Only has tiny, and I mean tiny pieces of chicken and pork, (no other meats) some onions, green and yellow peppers chopped in there. No taste and looks pale.

Just happened to go into Lucky Garden today (on the corner that used to be named Kyoto) and I was pleasantly surprised. Kyoto was never any good in my book, and Lucky Garden specializes in Cantonese and Szechuan food. The owner is very friendly. The rice dishes are pleasantly lighter than other Chinese food I have had (almost like Thai food for flavoring) and the the portions on everything I have ordered have been good. Chicken wings I had were large and flavorful. Looking forward to going here more and I recommend the Pad Thai and Basil Fried Rice (it has shrimp and chicken in it) if you go.

My family orders from this place very often and never had any complaints, tonight that came to a change. We put in our order and as I was putting it in over the phone I was getting attitude right off the back. I stay relaxed but was very annoyed. Then our food comes and it’s burnt completely it wasn’t editable. We called hoping to get an apology or something but nope we got attitude from a women who admitted the food was burnt and still decided to serve it she yelled at me and was very unprofessional. We had to go to the restaurant to get a refund or a new order the lady was very argumentative. We go there and they try to tell us that we are pretty much lying even though we bring the food back and they go ahead and make a new order once they gave us our food they told us to smell if it was burnt and it wasn’t but then they laughed at us like we were jokes and didn’t get a single apology. Completely unprofessional tonight

This was my first time since the opening of Lucky Garden. I was really disappointed. I know you get what you pay for and their pricing is extremely reasonable, but the food, although not terrible, wasn’t very good either. My husband and I ordered the combo plate which included chicken wings, lobster sauce with shrimp, fried rice and boneless ribs. The lobster sauce was extremely watery, more like soup the flavor was bland, the fried rice had no flavor because it didn’t include any veggies, or egg. and wasn’t seasoned. It did have chopped roasted pork. The chicken wings were fine, the boneless ribs were as expected. I hope that this is read and their food improves.

Used to love this place when it was Kyoto. New owners, food has gone way downhill. Hardly any flavor to it, portion sizes stingy and menu limited. Tried it when it switched ownership and I was pregnant – I cried! Have gone a couple times since the hormones wore off, and I can still say I am always disappointed and underwhelmed.
